Owner of the Infamous Purple Truck - Dr. Roy Heilbron

Plus an actor!
Color me confused but is he a cardiologist, chelation specialist, or a specialist in administering bio identical hormones? Because if he practices all three, that would be highly unusual, imho.

My mom and sister live just a few blocks away, in Aventura. Both are patients at holistic practices.
I'll see what they know...

I cannot get over the fact that this guy drove from NM to FL, with 24 pending federal criminal charges, picked up a highly publicized murdered doctor's computers and office equipment from a guy who SMS and MSM had publicly identified as a POI, and then a month after POI was arrested and charged with the murder, sent out an email blast to the murdered doctor's former patients under the jailed defendant's name and email address to garner business for himself by offering patients access to purchase supplements via his account. All while disciplinary actions have been taken against his medical licenses in both states he is licensed in due to his nondisclosure of criminal activity, unrelated to the current federal criminal charges.

Seriously. My mind is blown.

He and his wife divorced in April 2014, but I think she's still alive. Sounds like a veiled threat to me...

Yes, she was quoted in the newspaper article on his indictment saying he hasn't been a partner in her practice since 2014; from her FB page, it appears she still practices at their same Sante Fe address and has been in a new relationship since 2014. It does seem, though, that Heilbron had a relationship of some kind with a Celia Heilbron, presumably after his 2014 divorce. Celia is listed with him as an investigator in the TACT chelation study (and just to confuse things more, it appears his mother's name may be Celia too, age 75). Can't find any obit, though, listing him as a widower.

P.S. Roy Heilbron/Celia Heilbron appear in a TACT update dated 2004, so perhaps it was his mother after all.

I wonder how much money MS got for the computer, office equipment and anything that was on them...and I bet he would say "he thought they were clean and had no information".

Next question....where is that money now? MS was arrested not to long after the purple truck guy was at the house for a week. Bet MS showed him everything on the equipment. Track the money to either MS's mom or her partner....that could be the money for the bond.

Next question, did any of TS patients get any notice or sign any paper work, when they first became a patient, that none of their information would be shared or sold?

HIPAA offers strong protection for patient information. Now you can share info to transfer care to a new doctor, but IMO that means if the patient has agreed to see a new doctor.

AND that's their mind-set..... STUPID. A much less complicated/involved true example, as we all have seen many.... a few years ago I received a call from an apartment complex in another city. They were calling me since my husband & I were named as a reference by someone applying to rent from them. My husband had recently evicted this person AND HE USED US AS A REFERENCE. LMAO

There's either lots of inbreeding among these types OR they ate too many paint chips as children

If you recall, we looked at Shealy on here unless it was deleted. He is the one who claimed some fake Native American tribe.

This alternative medicine is a big money maker. I do believe in some of it, but the shysters abound

It sounds like "someone" is sending out emails in the name of MS, because he would NOT have access to sending emails from jail.

I wonder if the manufacturer/supplier of the supplements is aware that someone who is in jail charged with murdering his wife is attempting to sell their line of products? Doesn't sound like anyone I'd ever want to have selling MY products!

So either an accused murderer or someone who is impersonating an accused murderer is sending emails to the patients of a murdered doctor in an attempt to get these patients to continue to buy supplements through the accused murderer. Hmmmm....

These people are real low-lifes. All of them.

From Wikipedia:

Individuals with schizophrenia may experience hallucinations (most reported are hearing voices), delusions (often bizarre or persecutory in nature), and disorganized thinking and speech. The last may range from loss of train of thought, to sentences only loosely connected in meaning, to speech that is not understandable known as word salad. Social withdrawal, sloppiness of dress and hygiene, and loss of motivation and judgment are all common in schizophrenia.[17] There is often an observable pattern of emotional difficulty, for example lack of responsiveness.[18] Impairment in social cognition is associated with schizophrenia,[19] as are symptoms of paranoia. Social isolation commonly occurs.[20] Difficulties in working and long-term memory, attention, executive functioning, and speed of processing also commonly occur.[11] In one uncommon subtype, the person may be largely mute, remain motionless in bizarre postures, or exhibit purposeless agitation, all signs of catatonia.[21] About 30 to 50% of people with schizophrenia fail to accept that they have an illness or their recommended treatment.[22] Treatment may have some effect on insight.[23] People with schizophrenia often find facial emotion perception to be difficult.[24

It was probably a April fools thing by Mark. What kidder that guy is.

He sends this out to the patients that he knows is fed up with him. Idk.

I searched the business phone number listed on his NM medical license profile because it's a Miami number and found this... On page 67 of the November 19, 2005 issue of Billboard Magazine, there is a for sale ad for a music studio in Miami.

"If you have any questions or want further details please feel free to e-mail me @Heilbron @Hotmail.com or call Roy on my cell at: (305) 978-3892"

WTH is going on here?!!

.. arrested in Albuquerque, New Mexico and charged with aggravated DWI, forgot to report the arrest (scroll down):

It looks like it was a mistrial and acquittal.

Shame.

ETA: just checked link and it's 'timed out' so guess it uses cookies and no one else can see it.

Here's the search page. If you search for Heilbron there are only 2 results for Roy. One is a divorce, the other the DWI.
