Identified! PA - Bushkill Twp, WhtFm UP12414, 40-50, off Route 33, blonde hair, Oct'87 - Donna Kay Griffin

Does anyone know if they're planning on exhuming her for DNA? I hate to see a UID without a DNA sample available.

I'm wondering if Helen Marie Craig would be a potential match. She was just added to NamUs 04/08/16 and she had a habit of taking off, which could account for the 3 year gap. It would be an easy rule out-all they would have to do is confirm is if Helen had a tubal ligation or not. She did have a child, so that could account for stretch marks. Hair, eyes, weight and height are a near perfect match. Height, weight, eye color, and hair all fit, but the age is off. Both have dental charts available, would they have automatically been compared upon Helen's entry to NamUs?

I saw that these two cases have the same contact person, so I sent an email asking if Helen had already been ruled out.

I got a reply back stating they were working on it, so that's good news.

Bumping.
Wow.
It's been 9 months since I submitted Helen Craig, but I don't show her ruled out for this set of unidentified remains.
Both cases are still showing "Sample is currently not available" in NamUs
Both the UP and Helen have dental records, so either she's ruled out or it's inconclusive, maybe?
Does it take this long for a dental comparison if records are available?
Just bringing both NamUs pages forward:

Her Namus profile was updated in June 2017. It now says "Sample Available-not yet submitted". So I guess the body has been exhumed???

Yes, it sounds like it! Here's hoping for news soon!

It's been over a year since I submitted Helen Craig as a potential match and still nothing.
Wow. Helen doesn't have a DNA profile, only dental records. Does it really take this long to compare dental records, since the reply I got back a year ago april said they were working on it?

I also submitted a possible match in August 2016. I was told they were working on it. Both had dental records but I heard nothing and it hasn't been ruled out. My person has DNA so I am hoping they can try and match them up soon.

Not listed on rule-outs, but received confirmation last night that this is NOT Juanita Walker (missing from California with a heart condition) on the basis of dental records.

Could this Jane Doe be Khiva Kniffen. She has amazing blue eyes.

She would be a few years younger and I couldn't find something about a scar on her chin or a tubal ligation. Her family has a Facebook site up for her but it felt intrusive to ask questions about this. This is one of the pictures on the Facebook site. https://www.facebook.com/Missing-Person-Khiva-McPike-Kniffen-153014611389010/
