Docket states the following:

Commonwealth Certification Regarding Work Release filed on 07/28/2015

Waiver of appearance at the arraignment filed on 08/13/2015

Call of the List Scheduled 10/26/2015 8:30AM

Jury Selection Scheduled 11/06/2015 8:00AM

I Googled "Call of the List Scheduled" for definition and found this ... After your formal arraignment, your case may be listed for either a Call of the List or Pretrial Conference, depending on the county of your arrest. Both are status conference hearings to advise the Judge on what the status of the case is. Here the Judge will be advised on whether a plea deal is in the works, whether the case will immediately proceed to trial or whether it is necessary for the case to be delayed to discover new evidence. In some counties, it may be possible for your attorney to work out a favorable plea deal at the Pretrial Conference or the Call of the List that would resolve the case without having to go to trial.

So it looks like he's pleading to 3rd degree murder plus the other charges in exchange for the 1st degree charge being dropped?

So it looks like he's pleading to 3rd degree murder plus the other charges in exchange for the 1st degree charge being dropped?
But if he were pleading to anything would there still be need of a jury? To me it sounds like it's going to trial.

As of now, it does sound like he's going to be going to trial.

usjportal site usually saids trail date and plead before that, they always plead at the last moment, however every murder trail i have seen goes to trail because they can let the jury decide what chargers to stick or all stick!

He took a plea for 3rd degree.

William “B.J.” Snyder, 34, was in Clinton County Court this morning for a hearing before Judge Michael Salisbury. He entered a guilty plea to third degree murder, false reports, abuse of a corpse and tampering with or fabricating physical evidence. The hearing followed a plea agreement between public defender David Lindsay representing Snyder and District Attorney Karen Kuebler.

Sentencing is expected in April; Snyder was returned to the Clinton County Correctional Facility in McElhattan where he has been incarcerated since his April arrest.

LOCK HAVEN — "We're here today because you can't control your temper," Clinton County Judge Michael F. Salisbury told a Renovo man who had admitted killing his wife on Easter Sunday in 2015.

The judge Friday then sentenced William J. Snyder to 20 years, 1 month to 42 years in prison. He fined him $5,000.

The 20 to 40 years he imposed on the third-degree murder charge was the maximum. Snyder, 36, received a consecutive 1 month to 2 years on an abuse of corpse charge.

The plea agreement would have allowed Salisbury to sentence him to as little as six years on the murder charge.
