I wonder if there are soup kitchens or a homeless encampment around her area, or even homeless shelters, I hope she is safe

Since Kelly left her residence without shoes, jacket, or any personal items (phone, purse, etc.) then it seems unlikely she could have traveled very far without assistance.

I am concerned too. Perhaps she walked to someone who is unknown to the family but is letting Kelly stay, not realizing she is considered "missing." That the best case scenario I can come up with.

I hope they are checking in neighborhood garages. We had a case similar to this and the person was found in someone's garage. IMO

In my non-professional opinion I would tend to agree. Those security camera images cause me concern. She reminds me of someone who could be lost or confused.

That's another possibility. I'm now remembering a time someone was secretly living in the church we attended, in a hidden nook in the basement.

I hope she is safe, warm, and discovered soon.

If this is the correct area there appears to be a fire station very close to this location. Perhaps someone there may have seen her. Hoping she is found soon.
