    Incident delays hearing in CIA leak case; package not a bomb, official says

    WASHINGTON - A federal courthouse within sight of the Capitol was evacuated Wednesday morning when a suspicious package was found near the building. Hours later it was determined it was not a bomb, the U.S. Marshalls Service told NBC News, but rather a soiled plastic bag filled with clothing, apparently left by one of the city's homeless who often take shelter outside an entrance to federal court

    And it's not the "soiled plastic bag left by a homeless person" either.
