They barely took 2.5 hours! Why wouldn't they give it more time? Was it intentional to get advice from the judge?

A brand New DP phase would begin with a brand new jury; the worst possible outcome for the TA family. Shame on Jurors, for Shame. If there is a death penalty holdout they should be replaced with an ALT and then a verdict can be rendered. Let's hope this jury knows they can kick ppl off if need be.
They can ALSO put another juror as foreperson.

Instead of hanging the DP jurors need to go down to life since that's what she would get anyway. Ugh. Poor Alexander's.

Unfortunately, this doesn't come as a surprise. I saw this coming.

I'm gearing up for them to come back with life. This jury isn't seeing the big picture. Not at all. If only they knew what a spiteful, hateful, remorseless, narcissistic waste of a life the convicted murderess is... I am so sick to my stomach with the way this seems to be going and by the heartache the Alexander family is feeling. Tears me apart!

I'm ok with LWOP, just not LWP... She can rot in jail forever... I don't care if they have tv and kettle chips. She will suffer in the end. Also don't forget that if you are religious, she will suffer after death anyways regardless of what happens :)

My opinion too....tears. I just cannot believe after alll that she's done...it comes to this. If there is a new jury for sentencing, I want Juan to go at her full force in this phase....show the interviews...show those DA** interviews she just did. SHOW THEM JUAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jodi looks so damn smug and confident and little victorious. She did it. Jodi was able to convince them. Unbelievable.

The pain now will never stop for the Alexanders. Especially since it's possible that Judge Stephens could give her LWP after 25.

I cannot stand to look at her anymore. She absolutely disgusts me.

I think that this is awful.

Are there any other cases where something similar has happened?

please don't tell me some jurors are thinking she will be a contributing member of society, er prison. please don't tell me some jurors bought her faux act yesterday.

just wait. just wait until they see the BULLSH.T she has been up to behind their backs!!!

pisses me off they cant know what all she has been doing that show she is NOT remorseful and has ZERO redeeming qualities about her.

The only things I can think of would be:

    1. JA's family
    2. The dishonest explanation that Willmott just gave them re life versus death verdicts
