Circumstances of Discovery
The decedent was found deceased in a vehicle in the parking lot of the Maricopa Medical Center at 2601 East Roosevelt Street.

A possible name of Alberto Luis Navarro (DOB 06/24/83) was noted, but this was unable to be confirmed.

His NamUS was removed, and MCME confirmed his case had been solved. But no name is available.

It sounds to me, giving that he slipped on random footwear it appears, he was at a medical center, it seems that he had a medical emergency and died in the parking lot.

I've learned some info from the ME report.

He was found by security officers who noticed a smell coming from the car. He appeared to have suffered trauma and the death was ruled a "homicide". On April 1, there was an attempted robbery and the victim of that was able to use force to defend himself. Indications were that this man was involved in the robbery and its possible his accomplice(s) drove him to the hospital where he died. There's just something very strange that makes me wonder if someone else killed him. As for his identity, his wife helped identify him in October 2019. I won't share his name but it was not Alberto Navarro.

I searched his name and saw two photos of him. Stephen did a good job at the sketch....I see where he was getting at even though the decedent was decomposed. As far as I can tell, the decedent was a nice guy who had some really bad demons he was fighting.
