Okay then...well the reason I was asking is that I guess I am a little behind in all the threads but am catching up. And from everything els I have been reading guess I am just starting to wonder why is it that JB would be crossed of the list so soon? Why is all the attention on this doctor character? I understand he made some sketchy phone calls. But that just like everything els can be explained away.
Why is it that most seem to think JB just simply went back into his house after SG ran screaming from his house? What makes anyone think he didn't know MP was off looking for her? I mean I defiantly wouldn't just be like Okay there see ya kids later and shut my door as an escort I just so happened to get off craigslists went screaming from my house and saying "they're trying to kill me". lol are you kidding me!?!? How could you? Even if you were not concerned about her at all what so ever..Wouldn't you still be like WTF just happen and normally would want to follow up with what happened? I'd defiantly would be out asking MP so did ya find her...get her out of here? If I was JB would not want anyone knowing that I called an escort off of craigslist or that she freaked out. It looks bad. Hell of a bar story...I almost just laugh thinking what crappy luck JB has if it's all the truth...lol
Maybe I am just a nosy human so I think that way but I would say this would have topped off one of the more bizarre and bigger deals of my week...and how do you just simply think everything was cool, not look out your door, shut it, and go back to doing what ever???
I'm not saying that JB had anything to do with this maybe he just thought SG got in the car with MP and snapped out of it.
I'm just curious why he is not considered more for SG going missing? And I just simply like to hear what other people have to say.

Vivalor, Some good thoughts and a number of them have been addressed in older posts. A couple reasons I believe that JB is not considered a suspect is that................
a) If his goal was to abduct or hurt SG, he had lots of opportunity before SG called 911.

b) I believe most johns do not give a sh-t about the girl after he is done with her, and JB was done with SG when he asked MP to remove her.

c) JB might be a bad person, and be responsible for other crimes, but other than possibly allowing SG to use illegal drugs in his house and hiring SG as an escort for alleged sexual purposes (SG went out and bought lube with JB) I do not think he is otherwise criminally involved with SG's death.

Looks like PA wont be a drifter anymore. At least not for a long time. that is if he ever was "the drifter" at JB's that night in May 2010, as a couple posters here had suggested.

Oh, like that's a known fact or something. I very much doubt that SG left the neighborhood with JB - in fact, it would be almost physically impossible to have made the trip to CVS in the amount of time MP says they were gone.

Why anyone believes anything MP says in the first place is beyond me.

JB and SG left the house in his vehicle but did not leave the community of OB.
We don't know where or which house in OB they went to.

We don't even know if they went anywhere, actually. We only know what MP says. JB has, iirc, never said they went anywhere together.

I remember when my brother got divorced. He later on rented a room in his home to another man who was going through a separation. I guess you could call a guy having marital problems and unable to live with his wife, a drifter. Not that I know the circumstances in JB's case or if PA was even staying there. But if he was, that could explain why.

seems to be more of a "party drifter" than an actual one

Deserves a large caliber temporary cavity wound in my humble opinion.

thats where the bullet passes through and the kinetic energy blows everything within a diameter of 9 inches of the entrance wound out a 3 inch exit wound.

You should see two pics of Astacio side by side.
One, he is neatly dressed, standing straight in his police uniform, proudly wearing his badge.
Juxtaposed next to that one, is he being dragged through the perp walk looking like the brutal the Feds accuse him of acting like.

Did I ever mention how much dirty cops disgust me? Because they put the honest, hardworking officers in even more danger than their job really is. To me dirty cops who are holding positions of trust and abuse them by victimizing people are worse than the street criminal. I hope they nail that SOB.
