STAMFORD, Conn. (AP) — Police say a Stamford man who may have been high on a hallucinogenic was arrested after dancing naked and doing pushups on a major city avenue.

The Advocate of Stamford reports an arresting officer used a stun gun to subdue Rodney Green who refused police orders to remain still and be handcuffed at about 1 a.m. Wednesday. The 32-year-old Green was charged with breach of peace.

Police say Green was yelling while jumping in the middle of Washington Boulevard. He dropped to the ground and did pushups.

It was not known if Green is represented by a lawyer.

He was lucky the police got him before he was run over by a motor vehicle. The article says he was on a major city avenue, sounds like he was dangerously close to heavy traffic and at risk of being run over.
It is not only his life at risk, the driver of the motor vehicle is traumatised as well. It devastates the driver.
