I've spent much of this weekend searching the web and watching different documentaries re Shannon and the GB4.A couple of things stood out to me, the first is the timeline of the GB4 disappearances and Shannon Gilberts disappearance, how the killer modified his MO after the killing of Maureen, Melissa and Shannon and comments made by Mr Kolker re his thoughts on the GB4s killer. First, the timeline of the deaths of the GB4 and Shannon's death at Oak beach over lap and the killers MO changed after Shannon's death. By this I mean, that Maureen died in 2007,Melissa 2009,Shannon May 2010,Megan June 2010, and Amber Sept,2010.so that means that after the well publicized disappearance Shannon in May of 2010 LISK was brave enough to kill two more Craig's list girls and then either return to Gilgo beach to deposit Megan and Ambers bodies on the beach or go to Gilgo and deposit all four of the GB4 victims bodies on the beach. You would think if LISK was making multiple trips to Gilgo to deposit bodies after Shannon's death he would need to be someone pretty local who would know when it was safe to do this ie when LE would not be on the scene or when most locals would be off the road for the night or he was /is someone who's presence at or near Gilgo would not seem out of place. I've read a couple of times that LE believes LISK may have stored or buried some of the GB4 before leaving them at Gilgo, so this could mean that LISK may have driven to Gilgo with at least 4 bodies in his car or truck to deposit them on the beach even if that is not the case the fact that he went to Gilgo after Shannon's disappearance to leave Amber and Megan at the beach must mean he is pretty confident his presence on the road to Gilgo wouldn't seem out of place or be questioned by anyone.Also,LISK used Maureen, Melissa and Shannon's cell phones to call and taunt their family members and friends,, these call are the closet LE has come to pinpointing who LISK is. After the calls to Shannon's family LISK changed his MO and convinced Amber and Megan to meet him and leave their cellphones behind .According to the docs I watched this weekend and Mr Kolker, LISK groomed Amber and Megan by making multiple calls to them in the hours before they met him and somehow convinced them it was safe or necessary for them to meet him without their phones. Who could he be that he could get these girls to let their guard down so completely with him?.At this point LISK was smart enough or had inside knowledge of LE attempts to trace his calls that he knew the phone calls were his Achilles heel and he stopped them cold turkey. Of course al of this is just my opinion and even if you leave Shannon out of the GB4 equation LISK's behaviours show him to be someone very confident in his ability to move freely around Gilgo and smart enough or to have insider info to know when LE is onto him.it seems pretty clear LISK must be a local with strong ties to LE and in a profession that made these girls feel very very safe with him.
