    Missing Since: March 5, 1994 from Sierra Vista, Arizona
    Classification: Family Abduction
    Date of Birth: July 10, 1989
    Age: 4 years old
    Height and Weight: 4'0, 35 pounds
    Distinguishing Characteristics: Caucasian female. Light brown hair, blue eyes. Priscilla may be small for her age.
    Details of Disappearance
    Priscilla was last seen in Sierra Vista, Arizona on March 5, 1994. She was abducted by her mother, Elfriede Howard. Elfriede's photograph and vital statistics are posted below this case summary. Priscilla's father was given sole custody of Priscilla in December 1994, nine months after the child's abduction.

    A felony warrant was issued for Elfriede on December 9, 1998, four and a half years after Priscilla was abducted and four years after her father got custody. Priscilla and Elfriede may be in Germany; Priscilla was born there, but she is an American citizen. The child's case remains unsolved.

She smokes cigarettes and drinks brandy. She is a German citizen; she was born in the city of Worms in western Germany. She has work experience as a retail salesperson.

    Looks like the mother would be 50 years old now, not 35... or does it normally say how old she was when the incident occurred?

    Yeah, the Charley Project just lists the age they were at the time of the disappearance. But that's why the birthdays are helpful.
