China is blaming Russian President Vladimir Putin for the death of two goats and the disappearance of three more, after a Siberian tiger he released into the wild crossed the Chinese border. The tiger - which has a tracking device - is named Ustin, and crossed the border with one of the other two tigers released at the same time.

Wildlife experts say they are certain Ustin is the culprit though, and have warned people not to throw food at him if they see him.
