Exactly, which is why she was so mad yesterday. That whole angle has been shut down. So either she completes her testimony in public or she strikes it all. Now if she had a chance to tell her whole story, she'd probably be okay striking it. Can't unring that bell as they say. And she doesn't have to subject herself to cross. But if she wasn't able to get the whole story out, she's now going to have to decide whether to continue in public and face JM for cross. While having the public scrutiny of her "story/lie".

But most maddening would be finding out it is not going to be an appeal issue. Maybe JSS did call their bluff on that to guarantee it?

BBM This sounds ridiculous. How could "expert" possibly have KNOWN he could have found more *advertiser censored* with more time if he couldn't find the *advertiser censored* in a short amount of time? How does he know *advertiser censored* is there? Another clairvoyant, I guess.
