Retrial for Sentencing of Jodi Arias - Day 27, Part 2

Abe said he first met JA in August, but the "dabbling" conversation happened later, in maybe November or December, on a date he had with her, or during the "magic in my panties" encounter. From what I understood.

Oh, but its OK to tell Daryl sex is off limits for her until she is married.

From what I gathered from Abe today, he met JA before JA met Travis. It sounds like he met her at a local PPL event in California in August of 2006. I think the big national Las Vegas event with Travis was in September. But something about this gave me pause because I thought JA said the Las Vegas event was her first PPL event??

Those PPL events require RSVP's iirc, so there must be a record somewhere. My question is, who did she get the invite to sit in the executive row from if she didn't even know TA yet at that point? A grifter is an even more fitting title for JA than golddigger and I think that's what TA was finally figuring out when he wrote that article, it was a mere 8 days later when they had that nasty messaging fight and then only another 9 days before JA murdered him:

Why I want to marry a Gold Digger
"

Juan didn't ask for it to be struck. I think he feels it did more harm than good for her. JMO

I also can't believe that JSS wouldn't allow the "Magic in them." comment from AA today. :banghead:

BBM You know what, Steely. That may have been a blessing in disguise. At first I was angry it was kept out. But later on, after pondering the day in full, I think it might be a good thing.

If AA had said that comment, which was pretty over the top, then the DT could basically say 'any proof' of that? It sounds like you are trying to make her look bad. And it might be seen as him sliming her. So it was maybe better if he took a more moderate approach, in which it didn't look like he was show boating or trashing her. ---just telling the facts about their date.

In the big picture, it does not really matter. they still got that she was stepping out with guys and talking with guys, even while the DT tried to slime TA for doing the same thing.

And he also got it in the jurors minds that he never committed to her at all in 2007, and AA kept telling her that TA was not into her. LOL I loved hearing that.

Kind of pours cold water on all of her talk about him begging her to marry him. LOL

I don't think she told AA she was dabbling in Mormon faith until after she had met TA.

She initially met AA before she met TA, but I think it took a long tie for them to go on a date. A I correct?

All I know for sure is Jodi Ann already had anal and oral with Travis by Nov 2006 (if she is telling the truth), and on Dec 2006, Abe's hand was inside her pants.

Oh, but its OK to tell Daryl sex is off limits for her until she is married.

No no...you got that wrong. It's OK to tell Daryl that sex is off limits for HIM until she is married. Big difference. :giggle:

Maybe she did some "favors" for Gus, who is a six figure ring earner. I would imagine that putting him as high up in Legal Shield.

Ok, I found it. It is in her super secret testimony of Nov. 3. She says she was at work in late 2005 (not sure which waitress job this was) and a co-worker close to her own age told her he would retire in 5 years because of the money he was making at PPL. She told Willmott she joined "shortly thereafter" and guestimates that was around March, 2006.

RIGHT. He was making so much darn money that he was still her coworker at Denny's. LOL

I thought she showed up at an introductory talk given by TA in order to get new people to sign up. Getting into the high level events, I thought, was because TA brought her as a guest. :dunno:
But Abe claimed he previously met her at a high level event that he qualified for because of his sales quota.

It always takes me forever to get caught up at the end of the day and real life demands my attention.

I hate to just repeat what others have already said, but, OMG...GO DEANNA!!

It's amazing that the state witnesses are able to make even the defense attorneys look incompetent.

Wilmont really seems to be morphing in to JA. She seems to employ the same "innocent, flirty, air head" vibe until someone doesn't give her the answer she's looking for...then she SNAPS.

I hope WAT tells the staple guy to keep a close eye on his staple gun.

Lol...

Abe saying he told JA that Travis just wasn't that into her was one of my favorite parts today.

I feel like JA keeps trying to rip away everyone's memories of TA by saying, hey, you just didn't know him as well as I did. We had a bond that no one else will have with him.

It was great for Abe to get it out there that TA thought of her as someone that wouldn't leave him alone and would never be considered marriage material.

It was a great day!! I feel like I'm on a cloud LOL.

Ok, what is that DR is not comfortable in saying from an interview December 2011?

If she knew if TA was having sex with other women? What does that have to do with anything?

BBM

What does anything the defense is doing have to do with anything?

Iirc, JA boasted about how she matched him up with someone(Joy?)... yet I also seem to recall her indignation from somewhere(possibly her journals), that she had basically caught him "cheating"(even though he was already in the middle of a separation or divorce at the time). Perhaps JA was sidelining as an escort, that pays pretty well I hear.

How and when did she meet Gus? Anyone know?

Here's the part of a transcript with Greta Van Sustern of Gus discussing how he met her and why they were friends. It all sounds very suspect to me. If she was "in a relationship" with TA, an admitted high achiever in the PPL business, why did she need to keep Abe and Gus on the line for "business advice"? Especially when we have seen no indication that she sold even one membership to anyone.

VAN SUSTEREN: Gus, tell me, how did you know Jodi Arias?

SEARCY: I had gone to Arizona to speak at a meeting where they were all at, and at the -- after the speaking, they kind of all go out to dinner. And when I -- after dinner, I had actually met -- well, I'd met both Travis and Jodi at the event. And then after dinner, she approached me to ask me if I would help her improve her business and do better at what she was doing.

VAN SUSTEREN: So about how long did you -- how long did you know her before Travis was murdered?

SEARCY: A little over a year.

VAN SUSTEREN: During that time, did she -- did you talk to her often or see her often?

SEARCY: We would talk a couple times a week. We'd see each other probably every two to three months at events somewhere where I was speaking, or at conventions or things like that. But we would talk a couple times a week because in order to help her, there was, like, an accountability, so she had to check in with me so I could see how she was doing and what she was doing and if she was following through with what we had talked about.

All of the delays and trial by tweet were getting too annoying. That and the defense witlesses witness' were grating on me. The "You're so Vain" thread has got a lot my attention, as well as deflategate. I figured I'd be able to catch up on this case fairly quickly because of all the nonsense going on with it. I was right.

:happydance::loveyou: Deanna.

Ya, someone found you over in the You're so vain thread last night. I was gonna go drag you back over here but it looked like you were having fun and behaving so I left you alone ;)

Not sure what, but he was not nice to KCL....thats enough for me besides him being part of the defense team

Also, he has a real dislike for JM...
BBM - And the Alexander family. :moo:
