With all due respect, there is no evidence this tweeter is in the courtroom. I think its unfair to start speculating about court room staff, etc.

Auntie Sue and Donovan and apparently Maria are in close contact with tweeters and website folks on the dark strange side. Daily contact I can believe. A mole in the court room? Not so much. Jmo.

I can try! I usually avoid that page like the plague which is why I never see anything from them. Kiefer too. This is very interesting what you found. I think there's only one person this could be.

I've never been to any of those sites and not sure how this screen shot even got out. I just saw it this am on twitter and thought "well there she is" (@justice4jodiann) who I've always thought was a she just by posting style. I'm gender neutral now.

Curtain # 1. The correct use of punctuation alone screams educated writer. Highly doubt # 2 and 3 are in possession of those skills. IMO

Well we do know info about jurors got out *somehow* to Michael Kiefer during the last sentencing phase of this trial. As he reported the identity of the foreperson before it was known and a day before the hung jury came in. Then he redacted it from his online article. But screenshots do exist. He knew who the foreperson was...he also knew they were gonna hang before they came out with it. How? And is this tweeter involved in those kinds of nefarious dealings AGAIN somehow.

Could Keifer be that cruel?

The worst of the worst seem to run to Arias like moths to a flame.

All of their tweets are made as if they are in the courtroom. Tweeting the same info, with a different spin, timing right along side the other legit media tweeting. Not like being fed info on breaks, contemperaneous.

my point is THEY want folks to believe they are in the courtroom making first hand observations, clearly and obviously.

I'm just stepping back and wondering how could a Jodi supporter be in the courtroom daily and tweeting as they are posturing themself to be? And those categories are the only ones I come up with. Media, Jodi family/friend, court staff/member of DT.

For what it's worth I know (online) who saw that post and spread it around and I know that person does NOT believe the tweeter is in the court room.

Why do they think the tweeter was not in the courtroom? Interesting.

I dont want to out or slander anyone but this is a big deal (to me). I believe the part of that post that courtroom observer (or media or family) wanted hidden is the part where they seemed to know "Jodi is speaking to the jury today". Nothing else makes sense. Please PM me any thoughts you don't want out there publicly.

That part of the post says to me the tweeter is full of it.

BBM - The mitigation specialist is knee deep in all this drama between the various 'factions' :facepalm: that support CMJA and her 'commercial ventures' (i.e., art sales, fundraising, etc.), so that's why she only approves certain followers. :moo:

That appears to a. be someone who's been in the courtroom observing.

b. someone who posts in the identical vitriolic/passive aggressive yet formal style as @justice4jodiann .

c. Someone who wanted their own words deleted IMMEDIATELY from that forum where they were posted (see the all caps post at the bottom)

d. Someone who believed JODI ARIAS was to be "speaking to the jury" yesterday afternoon.

Could it also be that one of the above are feeding the information to an outside party and they are in turn tweeting the information?

It could be. But they are definitely trying to make it appear as if they are inside. And I, having been kind of monitoring this account coupled with the screenshot, have formed an opinion that they are in there.

I see no reason whatsoever for the judge to grant a defense request that anything Jodi wants to say to the jury is to be said to them behind closed doors. I just can't see that because the judge could say either she speaks in open court or she doesn't speak, it's her choice. More likely the mystery person is someone where the judge did not have the option to deliver that particular ultimatum.

I guess I'm less interested in "outing" this tweeter than I am in knowing who's near the family, literally near them in physical proximity, spewing the garbage that they are. I've heard with my own ears similar nasty sentiments said about the family IN the courtroom by a certain reporter. Who felt very comfortable doing so to me and most anyone else who would listen to him (trust me, MANY journalists complained about this to me). This is part of the reason I severed ties.

I'm also very interested in why that poster/tweeter so desperately wanted that post put in the "vent room". What was in it? The vitriol about the Alexanders? They are already out with that regularly. The fact that they were possibly not going to get back in the courtroom? No big deal. The part about "Jodi speaking to the jury"? That's where I land.

I truly don't trust MK. All along he has not acted professionally in the entire case nor does he have a clue that reporters are to remain bias free. I do think he has KNs number on speed dial.

Even the tweets he has done from inside the courtroom this time have a passive/aggressive tone to them.

He has let his biases be shown throughout. I cant believe the owner of the newspaper hasn't called him out on it but maybe they are dripping with biases too.

I really try to ignore his tweets since he always seems to get a dig in during most of them.

I think he would like nothing better than to see this end in a mistrial. I really wouldn't put anything past him, Katie. He has been way too involved in this case on a personal level imo. His hatred for Juan has clouded his judgment and his attraction to JA is obvious.

We read all the other tweets from those who are inside the courtroom and they tweet pretty much the same things as they all are tweeting but then MK is the one that comes out of left field and will tweet an off the wall tweet.

We know Jodi loves her ultimatums and loves to jack the system around. "I'll be my OWN attorney...ok I won't but on these conditions..." blah blah blah. It's totally her style. And it's the style of this Judge to bend over backward and sideways for her, which IMO is simply one thing: to avoid appeals (which is kind of rich to me because we all know this will be appealed for decades). Maybe it's more that she's trying to avoid being overturned in some way then ironically, makes a decision that causes her to be judged by a higher Judge. My head is spinning...

I suppose if the secrecy goes on for days or weeks we can eliminate everyone else but JA. She is the only one that can tell lies for that long.

I'm not pointing at anyone specifically but I do know, IF they are in there daily it is one of three things: a media pass, a Jodi supporter (and we see who those are daily right? and I do NOT think it's Jodi's mom) or a courtroom staff person.

KCL, I looked at the tweets of this tweeter on twitter (say that five times fast). The tweeter slams Juan Martinez and the Alexander family constantly. Why on earth would this tweeter have a problem with the Alexanders? And Travis himself? What have they done? I kinda understand the slams against Juan as there are slams against the DT posted here all the time.
