Circumstances of Discovery In the proceedings of the Kalinin Interdistrict Investigative Department for the Tver Region of the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Tver Region there is a criminal case on the fact of finding the bone remains of an unidentified man.
In the course of the preliminary investigation, it was established that on 08.11.2019, in a reservoir near the village of Metallistov, Kalininsky District, Tver Region, in a black polymer bag tied with a rope, human bones with fragments of clothing were found. On the fragments of clothing, injuries were found that were characteristic of being inflicted by a tool with piercing and cutting properties.
To date, the identity of the victim and the person who committed the crime have not been established.
Description: a man belonging to a large Caucasian race belonging to the Eastern Slavs, biological age 20-35 years, height 165-175 cm, had a nose defect, wide chin, dark hair 3-5 cm, foot length 26 cm. navy blue FILA sweatpants, black underpants, black socks, no shoes.
In the course of the forensic examination, the face was reconstructed from the skull.
In connection with the above, employees of the Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Tver Region ask everyone who recognizes the photo portrait of the reconstruction of the face to report this to the investigator of the Kalinin Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Tver Region Tsankhin Yulia Romanovna by phone: 8-4822-32-27-51, m.t. 8-999-719-93-83.
