BTW, I don't know if Heather's roommate reads these threads or not, but kudos to her for staying completely out of the media, etc., as I'm sure she was advised by LE to do. I'm thinking she has provided them with more info. than we know about, and it's probably not easy for her to be sitting on her hands and biting her tongue.

The kidnapping charge should give LE time to get other details worked out and hopefully find Heather in the meantime. I honestly look for another raid, search and arrest...........JMOO

It's included in South Carolina's kidnapping statute. I wonder if it is a component of this case.

It's quite possible that they did this for tax purposes. You'd need to see the actual deeds to see who the grantors were to each other. I bet someone was having trouble paying their taxes.

If TM and SM's property was combined with TM's father's property in January of this year, perhaps it was done to avoid losing the property in a future civil lawsuit.

Well...much like foxfire....I was on the ws diet plan and also my housework suffered too....so yesterday I cleaned house, and look what happened. Today, I folded tons of towels and socks...and look.

So I'm off to clean my floors....maybe we will have even more charges and answered prayers.

New charge of kidnapping for TCM, nothing new for SM, yet....I think he's rolling on her....personally I think she's 99% responsible, he was just afraid enough of her nasty ____ to keep his crap together long enough to get to this point. Heck, 16 years in jail vs. LIFETIME chained to THAT? He's gotta be envisioning paradise!

ETA, in looking at TM FB, I'm thinking she has very few friends. people that do post are obviously WDW fanatics, I'm thinking only FB friends, not ppl she knows IRL.

Fabrication IMO.

I have a feeling SM fabricated the latest men-with-guns incident. I wonder if TM told him he was next, & he maybe finally started to believe it, so he went to work one night & made up the whole thing, hurt himself on purpose, called the police, & took their advice to be taken to the hospital. This was on Thursday, right? He went home to TM after that, so I imagine he had to act normal so she wouldn't know he'd cracked. Then, LE made the crackdown early Friday morning.
I hope both the Mickeys will pay for their evil deeds. But, I do wonder if SM is relieved to be in jail right now -- safe from his wife. I wonder if he was next on the list, should TM begin to suspect he was spilling their secrets...

So many lives destroyed and affected by this couple.

I do not think she cares one bit about her children...they are just her property. I think they must be damaged emotionally and mentally from being raised in her "world". I hope they will pull through with much therapy and support, the damage is done. I hope they can be free of the continued manipulation and torture she must have surrounded them with.

That's exactly how most sociopaths view their children: property, possessions. Don't know if that's what she is but I'd lay odds on it. What's got to be getting to her worse than anything right now is not being able to control the messaging about this case she was doing in Social Media. Well, that and she's not running the show right now. I hope she's about to find out she's not nearly as smart as she thought she was (another socio trait).

I don't even believe her. I don't think she "lost her job"....wasn't she technically self employed? I think all the speculation, in addition to her own behavior, was just bad for business. I don't think anyone fired her.

I tend to think this is true too. I think her job title was "Independent Disney Travel Specialist" (or something to that effect) and she garnered business from her website tammysmagicalvacations.com. I think she obtained some type of certification from Disney that allowed her to specialize in booking trips (if I recall from her pics), so it's possible that someone(s) notified Disney of her potential involvement in this case, maybe they even offered up a few of her social media links to show them, and Disney could have asked her to shut down the website... as she wasn't representing their brand in a positive light. However, I tend to believe she probably shut the site down on her own volition after reading a comment on the FB page that must not be named that said something to the effect of "maybe someone should let Disney know the type of people who are representing their brand" because I saw a comment similar to that myself.

In any event, I think this is the job she was referring to.
