Around 2:55:00

Brother Randy was there and the Father was there at some point, too.

OK, if ever anybody needed more proof there's not an ounce of redemption remaining in AM, then consider that not only did AM cause the (sacred) caregiver of his own mother with Alzheimer's to give evidence, but he also caused his dying father (aka the fixer) to appear at the lodge meeting assembled to give AM some morale support while talked to SLED, again. MOO

ETA: For clarification, When responding to the defense cross by JG, R Crosby states that Randall Sr did not come inside but he did come by John Marvin's lodge before returning to Alameda where he died hours later.

Why isn't AM cuffed (and escorted by police) before he leaves the court room? I've never seen an accused murderer just walk around of his own free will in a court room like that.
He shouldn’t be allowed to roam around the courtroom at all. Usually, they are uncuffed in a holding room and walked out to their seat. I’d be fine with that. Also put one of those stun gun belts around him (that can’t be seen by the jury). I absolutely hate that he’s getting special treatment.

His hands aren't shackled, I doubt the jury sees any restraint!

Agree! For all the talk (shackles, restraints) about AM's appearance in front of the jurors, I was just thinking how I don't ever recall seeing another defendant with multiple choices of a wardrobe during his trial! IMO, he certainly "looks" in better form than his defense attorney, DH.

Anyone know who are the two gentlemen sitting in the first row behind AM (in front of AM's family)?
Yes, who is the older gentleman with a beard, always in tie with jacket, and sometimes wears glasses? His expression never changes -- completely flat affect. He sits in the exact same spot every single day -- middle of the pew directly behind Alex and in front of the M family pew.

"Someone asked Liz from Murdaugh Murders podcast on Twitter and she answered “ Security “."

The Murdaughs. I guess they thought this was just too important.

Honestly though, that is beyond me.
I can't believe it was a gathering just to comfort AM. OTOH, it probably wasn't about the murder or any other crime that was about to be revealed. It could have been about his termination at the law firm, but someone decided to drag the dad there, maybe on the way home from the hospital??

Here’s what I want to know:

—AM shows up at his mom’s house at approximately 9:20 to 9:25pm wearing a t-shirt, cargo shorts, and canvas Sperry’s. All clean.
—AM returns to Moselle, eventually heads to the kennels, and discovers his wife and son’s bodies. He approaches them to check their pulses.
—AM calls 911, then goes up to the house to get a gun, returns to the kennels to wait on police.
—At approximately 1am AM interviews with LE in a car at Moselle. He is wearing a t-shirt, and cargo shorts.
—At some point AM’s clothes are collected by LE for testing. They collect a t-shirt, cargo shorts, and lace-up bright colored running type shoes.
— Where are the canvas Sperry’s? AM never said he changed shoes or that he stepped in blood. Did LE find them in the house?
Where are the canvas Sperry’s?

The caregiver's testimony rings true. What she saw was a bundled tarp. What she identified in the closet photo was the same bundle.

Had she identified either as a raincoat, one would have to ask how she was able to do so. Sleeves, neck opening, how would those be visible?

She remained firm. What she saw looked like a tarp, it matched what was photographed in the closet, which was identified by LE as a raincoat.

Two-step verification.

Bomb. Shell.

JMO

Fierce lady.
She represented the Satterfields in a way too. She was humble, respectful & painfully truthful.

MOO

Hope AM gets taken down for these heinous crimes. This piece of garbage needs to do hard time. But, we'll see if that ever happens.

He's obviously already getting preferential treatment in this case. It makes me sick when criminals literally get away with murder due to their extreme wealth/"good" reputation in the community.

I tried looking for Buster’s reaction while Shelly Smith was testifying about this, but couldn’t find it. Maybe someone else will have better luck.
  • Law & Crime zoomed in around 4:01:30

  • Court TV earlier live stream:

2:35 M. Smith called to stand
2:56 - 2:57 Buster head stretch.
2:59 Ms Smith talking about M are a good family… really liked her job. she is extremely emotional…

Live Chat: someone commented “look at Buster”

3:07 has strange mouth movement

I didn’t notice what fitsnews reported, but I may have missed it. Moo, BM seemed more attentive.

Right—and he’s broke and has a terrible reputation!

Look at the way AM is being treated in the courtroom & tell me that he's not getting preferential treatment right there.

If you believe that he isn't getting preferential treatment, then you're not following the same case that everyone else is.
