Observation: AM must have been a real problem to DH and JG, calling them whenever he pleased and had an idea about something they did or didn't do. Saying he wasn't criticizing, (sure he wasn't :rolleyes:). This is just 1 phone call. Imagine how many more they were forced to take while they were trying to decompress from the courtroom and prepare for the next day and contact their own families and eat and shower and sleep. I never really thought about AM plaguing them after hours with his "demandingness" . I have a little more sympathy for JG and DH now and I wonder if they knew it would be this taxing on them.

Given all the items for auction are coming from the Moselle hunting lodge, I don't think there would be much sentiment here by MM. However, I do recall photos of BM in MSM carrying out items from the Edisto Beach residence much earlier, and where I think MM had probably already moved what was of value to her. I believe Edisto was sold as early as June 2022 and BM had a good head start here. JMO

I viewed some of the pictures of the articles for auction. I didn’t find anything I thought was great for a wealthy family I guess I expected more.

Mozelle was under control of two Judge appointed attorneys. It was liquidated to satisfy claims from the Beach family.

The moving trucks, moo, were from the action company. The auction is in Georgia. I doubt the family was allowed back into the house once under conservatorship.

Had a court ordered estate sale for a great Aunt. We had to show up and bid on anything we wanted. Sadly, all her antiques and family heirlooms were sold to a private dealer, prior to the auction. I cried the entire day, its very emotional for family and friends. Then we had to track down the antique dealer and buy family heirlooms. The entire process was gut-wrenching.

How sad, but remember JMM and BM got about 8-10 guns from Moselle after the house was released. I guess they took what was important to them at the time.

Some of those same guns were used in the trial to portray the guns that shot MM and PM, by the prosecution.

The guns were removed initially because Mozelle was unsecured. Gun owners are responsible for unsecured guns, under law.

I would think, it would be standard procedure for LE to round up all guns owned by the Ms for testing. But who know what LE did. Moo

Maybe I have this wrong but I assume family had time to go in and pick out things they wanted. Guess the monogramed pillows did not catch anyone's eye? This sale again I assume is with full knowledge and approval of the family....not like it was all confiscated and sold without their knowing. Hope Buster got his personalized pot from Almeda. Seems like JMM is probably in charge of this and the sale was ready to go pending results of the trial. I mean what are they going to do with all of that stuff. It will sell quickly I bet.
