I wonder if he's targeting couples because he had a hard time getting females to come out to that property alone. There are a few (if not more) stories of females getting creeped out by him and bailing, I think at least one who went to that property and took off (can't find link right now). But he didn't always own that property and probably targeted people in other ways earlier (i.e. Superbike)

Probably a long shot but Russell and Shirley Dermond (Lake Oconee Georgia- May 2014)?

I just found out his name last night on the missing page. Her sister wrote out a letter to the public answering many questions that public was wondering about. His name is in that writing by her sister.
 
I wonder if he could have had anything to do with the disappearance of John and Elizabeth Calvert in 2008? They were missing from their vacation home in Hilton Head. They were suspected to have been killed by a man who committed suicide but as far as I can tell they never found their bodies and never found the suspected murder weapon--a gun missing from their home.

A few things of thing of note: The Calverts had a yacht named the Yellow Jacket and TK had posted about bushhogging his beach area and hoping the yellow jackets didn't come out to play on the same day as one of the Coxie's relatives posted a plea to fb looking for them ...granted that post was years later fromt he time the Calverts went missing...but he may have been thinking of prior victims while posting about more recent ones (the Coxies) or he might have been burying/moving the Coxies that day. :(

Elizabeth Calvert had a pilot's license and they owned a private plane

The last man to see them alive was an accountant for a realty company called The Club Group. He committed suicide and confessed in his suicide not that he stole money from the Calverts.

Ok this I found interesting. They were last seen together after a meeting right?
If TK followed the same MO of the most recent case that opened this investigation, and he killed the husband immediately, he could have gotten details of the guy that supposedly committed suicide, from the wife while she was being held captive. He saw an opportunity to lay blame basically on someone else. Hunted him down forced him to write the note then stabbed him. The manner of his stabbing is quite questionable because I doubt someone could do all those stabs themselves. JMOO and thinking out loud. Probably killed her later after he got bored or she was very sick and no longer any fun for him.
My mama called me and asked me if we had looked into this couple like a few minutes before you posted this! I'd been trying to find it! THANK YOU!
I'm almost afraid to think how long he may have kept some of his victims. :(

Records showed that Gerwing embezzled 2.1 million from the Calverts. I wonder if investigators found that money in his accounts or if it is still unaccounted for? He could have been working with TK to commit embezzlement or TK found out about it somehow if TK worked for that Realty group at any point. It could be the source of TK's seeming wealth. Maybe it's too farfetched.
Someone who knows how to investigate company connections needs to look and see if there are any common links between the Calverts development/rental company and TKA. Or maybe we can find a connection with the plane/flight school. Do we know where/when TK got his pilot's license?

Maybe this is all too far out there? My head is spinning!

Partially answering my own question on the pilot's license. TK got his license 25 March 2006* and Elizabeth Calvert ALSO got her pilot's license in March of 2006. Wow.
I have not found where they went to flight school yet so if anyone knows, please chime in, thanks!

They probably got to know each other through that and he targeted them. Finding out the guy who committed suicide was an enemy could have been motive for TK to set someone else for the murder. Which would be thrilling to him. He may have even got some of his money he embezzled before killing him.
That cannot be a suicide. He slashed his own leg and stabbed himself multiple times with a knife in the chest? That wouldn't be really ease after the first stab. This smells of TK.

ETA: If he did kill the couple then he also killed the guy that was blamed for it. Possibly 3 more victims.

Somewhere in these threads it was mentioned there might be a pattern of TK targeting his victims around a holiday. The recently identified couple went missing just before Christmas 2015. Sorry if this has already been discussed.

If this is a victim of TK it would seem that his use of the word "beach" means buried. Probably his private burial grounds he's referring to. He does use that word quite often. And the two victims ID'd today were probably the ones he was talking about when he referenced a missing girl being at the beach and another missing one at the beach with her parole violator boyfriend. Maybe he didn't know she was in jail when offering her that "job" she told her mom about having, maybe she did tell him her boyfriend was on parole.

GARDENER! THANK YOU! This had me driven crazy since we found out about Meagan and Johnny! I could not remember the name's of The Calverts. Tried googling them but with only parts of the story remembered I couldn't find it. So thanks for ending my head worm! :)

I definitely think this could be an option. So many coincidences if not.
