Oh... almost forgot. Someone many many posts back was asking about his website and the 'about us' section that mentioned not feeding the web developers for 3 days, they were also questioning if he may have actually done this and that they may have been a victim.

This would be highly unlikely as websites take a lot of work to keep up to date and manage and so would require someone right up till the site went down.

There is still a way to view the site, I'm just not sure if I'm able to post it here as the site has technically been taken down. the site also has the names of all his employees on it. The way you can view it is legal and quite easy once you know the trick, it is used all the time to view past versions of sites...Can someone let me know the rules about this?

He actually had 2 websites that I can find.

    tkarealestate.com
    toddkohlhepp.com

Also the many many you tube videos are also not likely sinister (or boastful as also suggested). To get your website to show on google in a high position, you need to have good content. It is a well known trick to use videos as content as they hold the audience for a period of time and google see this as a plus and ranks your site higher for it. He was most likely told by an SEO specialist to create this content to get good google rankings.

Yes, I did this too and haven't posted about it, just in case.

One weird thing I noticed is that none of the employees are connected to each other on FB. I wondered if it was more of an agency for independent realtors to come under a company name, rather than colleagues that worked with each other frequently.

I don't add this to bring any of the employees into sleuthville as I know that's against the TOS, I mention it with regards to what kind of employer TK was. I wonder if he was just a name over a bunch of fairly independent realtors and not a typical, office every day employer.

Perhaps this is how he managed to be successful in business but fly under the radar in terms of personal relationships with people. Maybe there wasn't much interaction on a daily basis and therefore nothing weird about him or his potentially odd routines (visiting his property twice a day) flagged with anyone...?

I haven't had time to check Facebook I noticed that all but two of the agents have gmail, hotmail or aol type emails including TK. This seems weird to me, not very professional and clearly not part of one company.

I'm in Australia so maybe it's different but I can't think of any reason a company would have staff using hotmail / gmail. I agree, Makes me think he wasn't an employer at all but maybe offered a place for smaller independent agents to advertise and leverage his quite good website rankings. He may have charged a fee to be part of the group rather than paying them.

That's a really good point. He could have stored it on land that he knew that was remote and for sale. Something that had sat around for years with no buyer, so he knew someone wouldn't be around. He would know how to get a lot of info on properties.

One thing I'm stuck on is that it wouldn't make sense for him to give up all his victims just to give his picture to his Mom and money to some kid, etc. I think he wants to hide some victims so he can use them as bargaining chips later on. So this could be additional bodies on the property, or earlier murders... I mean, he doesn't care about the victims, he will use them to continue to get what he wants. He could also have multiple social media accounts under aliases. JMO.

Are there many serial killers who use aliases?

It would not make sense to give up all his victims up at once if you are using them to bargain with. I think he only admitted to 6 or 7 if you count CC however he was not confessing to CC’s death in the beginning. I think that MC may have still been alive when KB was abducted. KB saw her alive and knew she was dead somewhere on the property. That is why TK had to confess and show them where the bodies of MC and JC were buried. MC was able to tell KB about the other 2 deaths because she probably had seen one or two of the other people alive and murdered on the property making the 9 lives. Also regarding the 9 lives that could apply to the number on the Woodruff property. I would not dismiss that there are others in other places.

The woman who was with a probation violation boyfriend was indeed missing... with her probation violation boyfriend. She was found alive in Anderson County the day before he posted that.

I posted the article in another thread..but I am so confused as to which thread I posted that article.

My gut says that it is not "some" kid he gave his money to but "his" kid. Whoever it is must be special to him which is why I think it may be his bio child.

His mother says he told her there are no more bodies on the property and there is nothing else she needs to worry about. His mother does not say he told me he has not killed anyone else. An interesting distinction IMO.

Wonder if he ever went out of town for Real Estate Conventions etc.? Any realtors know what a "success story" such as TK may do with their time, money and professional ambition?

Yes. It's easier to recall the page numbers you leave off on than going nuts trying to figure out which thread to dig in.

    I feel the same way.
I don't even think it's physically possible to survive long enough to do it? If he had cut his wrists or a normal way to commit suicide it would be much different.
I wonder if he forced him to write the letter but refused to take responsibility for the couple's death in the letter. He probably knew he was going to die and that was his last way to say "I was forced to write this!"
Him making him write the letter was similar in my opinion of how he made comments on his victims FB pages.
I can't believe they even considered suicide honestly..... any of the wounds sounded like they could be fatal. I wonder if we could find his autopsy report? I'm going to sleuth a little for a minute.... brb

Well the reason I think his death is important is because he too could be a victim of TK.
    That's the reason I'm discussing it. :)

    I caught that too!
Very telling really in my opinion. He likes to be cryptic.
