<<Neil had been staying at a cousins house. On July 20th The cousin ran some errands and put her grandson in charge of watching Neil. The Grandson states he went to the bathroom. When he came out he seen Neil in the driveway getting into a either blue or black car. No one has seen Neil since. Neil suffers from dementia he is also legally blind and has seizures. Family feel helpless. They just want Neil found. They are hoping and praying someone has seen him.
