revisiting the Darryll Brewer interview:

IMO- he blames the Mormans for missy's change. Missy didn't really want him- he couldn't give her the lifestyle she wanted. Seems like a good guy, to me, but very :scared: He's lucky she didn't murder him!!

Are you referring to the one that clearly violates the civil rights as well as rights to privacy that we as American citizens are entitled to.?

All I can say re mr nurmi ( lower case intended) is that he might as well admit that he's a Nazi and that he expects everyone to stand up with their fists in the air and proclaim " Heil Nurmi" . Yes, I am beyond angry. :stormingmad:

I don't think they have a leg to stand on, nothing Kelly said was about the trial, unless someone's temper was an issue and that's kinda irrelevant.

I miss Juan, I miss following the case with my peeps! I hate when the other thread I'm on is on lockdown! A few of you have ventured over there, but sometimes it goes cra cra. :facepalm: It's tough trying to explain the area and terrain with people who don't know what they're talking about. FGS! I lived there for 28-29 years, I know it like the back of my hand! If I didn't have an alibi, I could be the PERP! Dun dun DUN!!!!!!!

Sometimes it's best to just state your opinions and leave it at that. It's hard to convince others and they have a right to there own opinion, no matter how misguided you may think they are (of course I don't know what you are exactly talking about here).

Pay close attention to the dates on those exhibits that Nurmi attached to his motion. If my eyes are working correctly, both of the twitter exhibits are dated after JSS declared a mistrial. The FB posts are after the guilty verdict.

Juan will dispatch this nicely in his objection. I cannot imagine any judge allowing a defendant to have information identifying a juror.

What makes this motion even more ludicrous is that one of CMJA's fanatics is sitting in jail now awaiting trial for sending threats to kill Nancy Grace and JVM via twitter.

This really was a stupid move on Nurmi's part. Stupid, stupid, stupid. And frightening, if it were ever to be allowed.

The threats started after the trial was over and were quite explicit and extremely violent. David Lee Simpson was arrested after he quit his job and was leaving his hometown in New York; at that point, officials took the threats very seriously and believed that he was ready to act on them.

He is now sitting in jail in Pheonix after having been charged.

What is even more ironic is the fact that Nurmi is already accusing jurors who have not been picked yet for a jury of dishonesty. And that JA has a right to protected herself from these types of people. lol That's a hot one. jmo
