  1. No, they weren't. Teresa's car was 11 years old at the time of her murder. She trusted her husband to handle the finances. Tale as old as time.

Mark's office pictures have always intrigued me. If one looks, one can see super organization in the closets up until about 2011 or so, maybe 2013. Then, it goes to sheet in the room. I know he organized it because one bin is up front and labeled as "money." Psychologically speaking, I think this suggests a turning point in his mind. He went from straight-up master organizer to the worst disaster, junk-filled "office manager."

I think Mark was basically running a Ponzi type scam on Theresa.

Where he blows the money on bull crap and then finds more lenders to make her think that things were actually good financially.

But once the notices couldn't be hidden any longer. Then that was that.

And Tersea finally got wind of the mess he created and Mark made his move. I wish there was more time for Tersea to get out of the marriage and live her life with her girls.

Sadly, there is activity at the Jarvis house today. Appears to be family, emotional, wearing face masks to enter home. This will be my only post on this :(

Thank you. I can only imagine the mold without any air conditioning on. If food was left in fridge and cabinets and no electricity that would smell awful. Someone advised them to wear masks, hope they have rubber gloves too.

If that is the case why would no one take precautions and perhaps empty the house out , or air it out or even pay to have a minimal amount of AC on when MS went to jail?
I understand the home has no value to anyone but the bank. Why would the bank let it rot? I guess the sooner it can be torn down the better. Not a site anyone wants to remember.

This makes me sad for the girls. There are probably keepsake items, especially that belonged to TS, which they probably want and may now be deteriorated. Bless the girls and all of TS's family.

I am hoping the girls were not there! In regards to the house, I can not understand why it had to be left rotting. Everything will have to be replaced if the bank would sell it. I hope something good becomes of the property.

JMO, but the address would stay the same and I would never move there regardless. Nothing could wipe out the nightmare that occurred there.

I think Bonnie let it rot. Jmo.

Especially since no money from Teresas murder was designated to her. Jmo.

Now I only say this because she lives closer to her son and Teresa's home. Jmo.

Maybe Mark told her to let it rot to make Teresa's family mad.

    Idk.

But I'm sure Bonnie nor Mark ever gave Teresa mom or whomever the keys to the house. Jmo for now.

When there is a trial, can anyone go? I was not sure if they have an overflow room for court spectators or they use the lottery system for the high anticipation of a lot of ppl wanting to observe Mark's trial.

    It's not her house.

Judge reserved a ruling in regards to the discovery request but he did grant the motion re the investigator (assuming Mark and his team want to hire an investigator for the murder)

Another lawyer joined the present attorney representing Patrick (TS Brother) in the trust case.
