Has anyone heard any different....as of this article, there is to be a the 9th Case Management Hearing for Mark Sievers and Jimmy Ray Rodgers tomorrow, September 20, 2017.

According to the court website, the hearing tomorrow is still on . Realistically, there is no way all the depositions have been done by tomorrow's court date in the article you linked. It has been two years now with no end in sight. Mark created all the chaos when it could have been done simply by filing a divorce with Tersea still being alive. JMO

I was thinking, IF, MS was so innocent, he and his lawyers would have been in and out of court now, not drawing this out as long as they can to find ways to get out of the charges and maybe hope that the Public and WS would forget the murder of Dr. TS. There would have been absolute proof he was innocent, he's not. Just makes MS even look more guilty...who would want to sit in jail if one is innocent? JMOO

Two new docs are view able on the court website but I am not putting a link to them on here because it lists several full names and some are very familiar names to us in this case and I dont think they need to publicly called out in this forum . The docs are deposition dates and times for two days in October. So much to be done yet in this case. Praying justice comes soon!

The next case management conference is scheduled for 10/24. In that order it states:

Looks like someone (maternal side of the family) has petitioned to get the cremated remains. The court website does not upload documents for public viewing in the estate case.....

Hearing today on the wrongful death lawsuit, good vibes that goes well!

The murder case has a witness list filed (we are getting closer to trial, I hope! ) and apparently Mark's team has asked for additional private investigative hours....

(Check on the court website in a day or so. I requested the docs to view)

The witness list is up on the court website. I am not putting the list on here because they have an address listed for each witness . CK, the Moran's and many other familiar names are on the list. A very long list.

Mark's lawyers filed a motion to sever meaning they want a separate jury trial from JR. They do not want the jury to hear all the details pertaining to the murder in regards to Mark which can hurt his chance of walking free. We all know he will not walk away from this heinous crime.

IMHO I doubt he will walk away free even if he gets this motion approved. CWW will be the star witness at MS trial AFAIK. It may be like the Holly Bobo trial, one of the guys who was with the guy on trial took the stand and told lots of graphic details implicating himself along with the defendant, in return for a plea deal taking DP off the table for himself.

He will not walk away free. The motion is a defense tactic to increase the defendant's chance of a smaller sentence if the jury does not hear ALL the facts in the case. I have a feeling Mark thinks he has a chance to get off since he did not commit the crime in person. He was not there in person but he was the MASTERMIND behind the whole murder. The digital trail that CWW and JR left shows they could have not planned the murder alone. They left a lot crumbs to be found!! As I said a long time ago, Mark will not go down easily and he will probably appeal appeal and appeal until he has exhausted everything. He planned this murder for a very long time, JMO and he will not go down until he says so. Can you imagine living with they guy (Mark)??!! He is dangerous, nuts and smart to come up with this thing!

Looking back at the defense interviews...they allowed 30 minutes per person....to me it does not seem they can get a lot of info in 30 min! If I counted right...187 to interview....holy moly. When I had to go with my son for him to be interviewed...his interview lasted a lot longer and it was not a murder case! First the prosecution and then with the defense...geez....will this case ever go to trial, or is this a stall technique and way to get more money from the system?

Two more motions; one for requesting an additional 300 investigative hours and the other one for a mitigation specialist... Mark had no problem planning his wife's murder but when it comes to his life then he fights for it. He never allowed his wife to fight for her life. Karma Mark, you are going down ! JMO
