They provided the judge with several pictures during the PCH. I can't wait to see them.

THANK YOU, OSU :blowkiss: So, if RH told LE the reason he forgot to take Cooper to day care is because Cooper fell asleep??? Then RH KNEW Cooper was in the car and didn't forget to take him to day care after kissing him, strapping him in, pulling out of Chick-fli-a parking lot and less then a minute later FORGETS!! Ok, I really can't wait to hear more about this when more information comes out and I hope it's soon! I have no life at the moment.. lol

Thank you for researching and finding this AJC reporter interview. Do you know if this reporter was part of the AJC story published this past Sunday? Amazing she was near the scene and arrived within an hour of RH arriving in the pizza parking lot.

Strange, I went to the AJC article about Ross' brother and I don't see any writer listed. I wonder who wrote the story? Did they not want to be connected personally to this article?

Very interesting. I printed a PDF copy (and downloaded the webpage) of the article when it was first posted. Wonder if there was a writer listed in the original byline? IIRC, there were writer names listed, but can't be sure until I get home this evening and check on my home pc.

Seems to me that some people are looking for any statement to latch onto in order for RH to be innocent. I can understand this line of thinking. Nobody wants an innocent person convicted and sentenced to prison. As a grandmother and mother, I personally had a hard time being convinced that RH might be guilty. There is nothing in my life as important as the safety and well being of my children, grandchildren and husband and I just assumed everybody else felt the same way. I still don't understand how this baby could have been forgotten for 7 hours. Hubby and I watched the entire PCH July 3. There are so many unusual reactions/statements from RH that I cannot ignore them. If there were only one strange reaction/statement, I might think differently. If Grand Jury returns an indictment for RH, I am sure the judge will issue a gag order. If there is a trial and new defense evidence is shown, maybe I will change my mind.

Here's a link to the cache version of the article.

    It names the writers as:
By Bill Rankin, Craig Schneider and Bill Torpy - The Atlanta Journal Constitution

Great point. When I am in my SUV with my 2 preschool grandkids and there is no noise/talking/singing in the backseat, I turn my head or look in the rear view mirror to check on them. If they are quiet, they are usually asleep. No noise must be checked out even at home to make sure kids are ok and are not getting into trouble.

There are also pictures of RH's SUV on websleuth's RH media link. From the pictures, it appears you can see thru the tinted windows.

TY, osu! This was gonna bug me all day until I get home, lol. I never remember to check cached pages, guess because I usually save pages I want to keep before they get updated or disappear. You've helped keep me sane until the end of the day, lol!

I just found the answer to my own question about how long RH can be held without bond without an indictment. According to Page Pate (criminal defense atty, Marietta GA) in his blog he said that Harris must be INDICTED within 90days of his arrest or be released on BOND. If Harris had been allowed bond initially, prosecutors would have allowed themselves more time. I hope they are ready to present to the GJ soon. JMO

I've been following this case online since it happened and from everything I've read, I personally believe they are both guilty. Praying the truth comes out in time.

Wonder why those 3 male reporters did not report any info from the female AJC reporter who arrived at the scene within an hour of the car stopping at the pizza restaurant? Shouldn't AJC want to post the entire story? The video was originally posted by JerseyGirl.

Video of first reporter on the scene. About 1:45 in on the video she says a Police Spokesman had some information to share a little after 5:00 p.m.

I'm wondering if that is about the time Harris was sitting in the back of the police car. " Thanks to JerseyGirl for posting this.

Thanks. The ONLY way he would know he was asleep is to look at him in that less than 2 minute drive to the office....which is why his story that he "forgot" him is totally unbelievable, imo.

    YW, Cinnamon. :)
I noticed that the cached version of the entire article is no longer available, but it still lists the writers names under the header.

Of course! Because RH dreaded how Cooper would look, so he "gifted" that horrible task to a friend. Makes sense.
