I thought there might be another discrepancy after listening to yesterday's testimony. I did not listen to it again but I thought the detective said the cell phone indicated the 6:40 call lasted for 25 seconds and the phone records showed the call was 38 seconds. Is that what has been said or did I confuse the calls?
New poster here, but I've been following the case here and on WRAL since it began. I appreciate all the comments being made thus far, especially about the cell phone stuff. I'm still on the fence, with the thought that it's probable that he's guilty, but I'd like to be a little more convinced before I go that direction.
Uh Oh. Someone sent an email?
What is this email they are discussing?
Violation of Judges instructions. Defense is skeptical.
Sounds like an accusation of juror misconduct.
What on earth happened? Something about an email to Jessica Adam? The judge does NOT look pleased about this.
Voicemail by Ms Adam left on someones phone.
Offering to trace it back a couple of steps <CPD> by prosecutors.
Do u have live vid link?
I think Ms Fitzhugh(?) is the email sender?
The judge, what to do, what to do....
The voice message was left for Ms. Fitzhugh and an email sent by Jessica Adam with information that she received from someone else. That's what I've gathered so far.
Isnt Ms Adams a State's witness??..Is it possible she contacted a juror?..or is this regarding a new witness??..Such drama :fence:
That's what it sounds like to me as well. Oh, dear.
Amazing how some people think the power of the court is something to ignore, eh?
Looks like the judge is now checking his email. And sighing very big.
