Iirc he said it was a 'stock photo'
So - no news on how he pled on the 6/2/20 change of plea hearing??
Fed charges coming up on 7/2 for sentencing as he pled guilty on 3/4/20.
I'm so frustrated that I gave this sick man my money... I think I will burn his book, just to vent my frustrations... I know this applies to me as well (but I know who/what I am)... But it makes you wonder about people obsessed with crimes against children.
But unfortunately, you're kind of talking about ALL of us!
So... no news on "what" happened at the change of plea hearing back on 6/2?
I searched the Vermont court site thinking they might have rescheduled it - but it goes thru 9/23 - and he is not on the list.
If anyone "sees" anything - please post! TIA!
edited to add: He does have a sentencing hearing on 7/2 re his Federal indictment where he plead guilty!
I'm confused.... is he out on community supervision? Or am I just misinterpreting the Vinelink and Vermont DOC info? See attached screenshots... Vermont DOC site says his current agency is Rutland Probation and Parole, with a booking date of 3/12/20. And Vinelink says his current status is Community Supervision, also dated 3/12/20.
I know I have to be misinterpreting something.
from my notes:
State charges: Unsecured $5K appearance bond. Released. Rebooked on 12/27/18; in Federal custody.
right but this date says 3/12/20 that’s why I’m confused.
Eta- IIRC when he was in federal custody/US marshal service custody, we weren’t able to locate him in VT or NH Vinelink, or in the federal inmate search. Which is why it made me raise my eyebrow that I saw him in vinelink/VT DOC at all. But my memory isn’t always the best lol

Much appreciated as the anticipation is unnerving.

Bumping up - anyone heard anyone about the Federal sentencing? So I can put this case thread on the shelf....

is this the same David Hughes ? USA v. Hughes: JUDGMENT as to David Hughes (1), Count(s) 1, 210 months imprisonment on Count 1 to be served concurrently with the 120 months imprisonment on Count 2; Supervised release of Life; Count(s) 2, 120 months imprisonment on Count 2 to be served concurrently with the 210 months imprisonment on Count 1; Supervised release of Life. Signed by Chief Judge Norman A. Mordue on 2/24/09.
Looks like it @Blanche - Thank you!
The year on the above judgement is 2009. Is this an earlier judgement for the same man as "SuperDave?"
This David Hughes was sentenced to 206 months in 2009. If my math is correct that's over 17 years.
You are correct.
I don't see how this person is SuperDave unless he was posting on Webslueths from federal prison and was released early in order to commit the crimes in 2014. JMO
