This is the REAL Allison....not the depressed individual her accused murderer & co tried painting her to be....
Trial Day 4....
12:57pm: Ms Walker said Mrs Baden-Clay was "great" in the months before her death.
"She was great ... in the months before she died she was fantastic," Ms Walker said.
"I saw her early February, but the end of January was when we had a really good long conversation, we had lunch."
She said Mrs Baden-Clay had then told her she was excited to be working again at her husband's real estate agency Century 21 Westside.
"She had been excluded from working with Gerard for a long time," Ms Walker said.
-----------------------------------------
2:39pm: "She loved her husband and adored her children," Ms Walker said.
Ms Walker said she believed Allison had not told her about Gerard's affair because she wanted to work on her marriage.
"And I would have told her to ... get out," Ms Walker said.
She said Allison was becoming more assertive in her marriage, working hard and making plans for the future in the months before her disappearance.
"She was working hard on her marriage ... It was great to see her so positive and so in control. She was fantastic," Ms Walker said.
----------------------------------------------
2:42pm: "She working hard to put all the pieces back together ... and being the best mum that she could be," Ms Walker said.
"She was always talking about the good things; her children that she adored, her husband that she loved ...
"She was twice the mother that I am."
--------------------------------------
12:42pm: Mrs Dickie is now being cross-examined by Mr Baden-Clay's defence counsel Michael Byrne QC.
She said her daughter told her in early 2012 that Gerard did not love her anymore.
"She said, 'Gerard doesn't love me'," Mrs Dickie said.
She said her daughter would have done "anything" for Mr Baden-Clay.
"She wanted to be what Gerard wanted her to be," she said.
"She did everything she could for that man."
