#badenclay lawyer telling jury what Gerard will say. Tell them openly about infidelity but that he intended to continue life with Allison.

Byrne says when Allison found out about the affair, they met at McDonald's. #badenclay

Allison asked "are you having an affair?" and Gerard said "yes I am". Allison got out of car, sat on kerb. #badenclay

Byrne says Gerard got out and sat next to her. And then they talked. He says that's how their relationship worked. #badenclay

Lol - yes in typical fashion he will waffle on about *everything else* to make it look like he's sooo open and sharing all the information he can (so helpful!)

I bet he does that lame crying thing with his voice that doesn't manage to reach his eyes

I am very pleased to admit I was wrong about GBC giving evidence. This is great. I owe a few of you $10 which I am very happy to pay. You know who you are.

The girls weren't alone as 'he had somebody stay with them'. Gerard did not carry his wife's body down a muddy slope as 'he pushed her over the bridge'. And therefore, he did not drive back from Kholo Creek having walked through the mud!
