according to the charges, there are two crime scenes.. one for each charge.. and it is significant in the extreme that there are two differing locations..
murder.... at Brookfield, at her residence.
interfering with a corpse.... at the Kholo bridge..
If Allison put the charger on at (almost) 2am, then immediately left.
She would be walking the 15km in pitch dark (no street lights) to Kholo Bridge - walking at say 5km an hour she would have got there at 5am - just a traffic is building & it's getting light yet no- one saw her.
So no, I don't believe she walked there to kill herself or die of hypothermia.
Omg I hope the jury sees GBC for who he really is...can't believe how stupid he was to take the stand...like I said before he has not once pleaded for the police to find her true killer if it wasn't him...and his parents and sister smiling to the cameras during the trial...:sick: speaks volumes...
Just in regard to GBC on the stand, many of you appear to have followed a number of cases.
In cases where the defendant doesn't take the stand, does anyone know is there any pattern of being found guilty more often? I am curious whether juries see this as an indication of guilt.
The Keli Lane case while extremely tragic is very interesting from a legal perspective.
Go Fuller! Go Fuller!!!!!!!!
Is anyone able to help me understand the significance of this page being presented to GBC by defence at the end of his time on the stand this morning?
(He must be fuming that he didn't find Allison's journal under the bedside table that morning)
All I can think of is the blog.
Not wanting to sound harsh but shall we leave that there PH - we have some amazing new posters with good insight and a verve for Allison and who are keen to fight for her justice. I think it is Hawkins missing out not us!
Thanks Amee :loveyou:
A series of numbers could be the debt ... It it was my journal it would be the debt. I would be anxious about it, and if my partner was cool as a cucumber about it I might question if my anxiety levels were inappropriate ...

Unlawful killing isn't an offence in itself, it's a banner (if you will) that both murder, manslaughter and one or two other offences (unrelated to this case) fall under.
That's what the indictment says, now it's up to the jury to decide whether that is the case. Fingers crossed that the verdict is the correct one.
Same here but it was in a public domain so....
Could be dates of meetings/phone calls/texts etc between GBC and TM?
Heeyyyy! Don't insult my fur babies please
Thanks Poss :loveyou:
Could be dates that G and A had been intimate
