In Texas if you can bond out you pay for your own attorney. Leanna would pay for her own, be it her money or friends and strangers.

HLN just did a quick report on the hearing. The defense is trying hard to get some of the statements Harris made out of evidence. they say that what he said to the detectives in their car was inadmissable because --? Not sure why but they want it thrown out

Judge in Ross Harris case plans to schedule a hearing in October and set a trial date at that point. Likely Spring 2016. #11alive
