The incident happened Sunday night at Penn Square Mall, police said. Moore High School junior Kealey Oliver was on her cell phone, talking to her mother, when suddenly a man started running toward her. Oliver acknowledged she was probably acting instinctively, trading her tumbling for bad-guy tackling. "If I would have thought about it, I probably wouldn't have done it," Oliver said. "I was like, 'Hang on, Mom,' and I like put the phone down. And when he got close to me, I just got in his way and like grabbed him, and he kept trying to run, so I just slammed him on the ground."
