I honestly don't know. I remember the name coming up early in the sleuthing via DM's FB and his other friends but that's about it. I do recall seeing that pic fairly early on.
 
Not terribly surprised by today's news (DM charged with 3 murders), just surprised how quickly the OPP determined LB and WM were murdered as well. There must have been pretty good forensic evidence at the farm. I thought back in September that something related to LB's murder was found, but didn't think they'd find anything related to WM.

Now I wonder about that "accidental fall" death at the airport when DM was in attendance. Think there may be more counts of first degree murder added in the coming weeks/months.
 
Although it says nothing about CN being involved in Babcock's murder, it does say Smitch was charged with it ... I don't know why but something is pointing me to a jealousy situation. CN knew Babcock someone just posted. Millard and Babcock were close? CN is the gf, not sure of timing on all of that but curious to see how this all pans out.

I thought Toronto police said they reopened the investigation into Mr Millard's death? I don't think they found anything at the farm for that at all, that would be too suspicious. After all they couldn't just get rid of the man, and only DM was charged with that murder. I'm thinking something at the Etobicoke home led them to believe that DM murdered his farther. Coupled with things websleuths came across such as 1)the eye photo 2)the guns in the home 3)the video on the news inside the home showing all those credit cards 4)the odd obituary

etc etc etc
 
My first thought when I heard this news today was thank goodness the OPP took the investigation of Wayne Millards death and Laura Babcock's disappearance away from the incompetent Toronto Police Force.

Had the Toronto Police not dropped the ball in the Wayne Millard investigation Laura Babcock would be alive today.

Had the Toronto Police not dropped the ball in the Wayne Millard and Laura Babcock investigation - Tim Bosma would be alive today.

It seems to me that Toronto Police have a lot to answer for but I suspect that they will not be held to account. The gross incompetence will be glossed over.

Based on the size of the puppy, this photo must have taken right after late June 2011, when DM and his friend came back from the Baja race with the dog. Noudga would have been pretty young at the time. This is a full year before Babcock went missing. So who is she?
 
Glad the police have laid more charges in the 3 cases :) Wonder if they did other murders? If CN had more to do in LB's murder hope that they don't give her some kind of deal like they did Carla Homolka! :scared: :jail:

As much as I wish they all were alive, Laura went first and it was too late to save her when TPS were asked to investigate. If they had investigated Laura's disappearance with any vigour, Wayne and Tim would likely be alive today.
 
I am keeping fingers crossed that CN has a great lawyer who does crack a deal so that she can sing like a canary.....she's in custody in Hamilton which is good plan for her own safety.
 
I got stuck at the mall, looked up at a big screen and saw this. Had to run home to read up. I was sure he had something to do with his dads death but I didn't think he would ever be charged with it.

How long had those freaks been killing people?

You're right. My mistake. Laura was murdered first.

If the Toronto Police had followed up on the phone bill leads provided by Laura's family which showed that Dellen Millard was the last person Laura contacted there is a chance that Wayne Millard would be alive and a very good chance that Tim Bosna would be alive today. Had TPS been investigating Dellen for the disappearance when Wayne Millard was killed I am sure that alarms bells would have gone off.

Instead Toronto Police blew off Laura's parents and ex-boyfriend.
 
Until she was charged, Noudga’s name could not be mentioned as she was on the list of people covered by a publication ban.

Last October, the Hamilton Spectator reported on a brief court discussion about having a certain woman removed from his “do not contact” list.

“At this stage, she has not given a statement to police and I can’t say she has relevant information,” Crown attorney Tony Leitch told the court.

For procedural reasons, the judge declined to deal with the matter and the woman. remained on the list.

Wow isn't the best word but Wow!
I'd like to know how and where Laura was found.
This is a surprise to me, that MS too is charged in Laura's death... Motive? Perhaps a jealous factor?
