Earliest confirmed physical location for Jane Doe:

Unspecified date between June 16 1988 and July 5 1988.
Courthouse in Dallas, TX, for the purpose of initiating name change
[actual residence at previous address cannot be established beyond reasonable doubt]

Earliest confirmed date for life as "Lori Erica Kennedy":

    Fall 1990
Enrollment in college, which would require regular attendance
[only sporadic prior uses of the new identity, such as in her GED test, can be proven]

--- Thanks to the mods for moving this to the correct thread ---

After no media for the last two years, FLEK got a mention in the Edmonton Journal recently.

Investigator “99 per cent sure” missing Lori Kasprick isn’t mystery woman Lori Kennedy

This update on some of the old articles was posted by Roselvr in the main thread.
Want to link the articles. Anyone new to her case may want to back them up because the Seattle Times updated their web site, some links like the timeline are not working anymore. Gallery: Evidence Jane Doe left behind isn't working for me on the new link but works on the old

Thanks for all of the detailed information. I've never seen the either of these documents. Do we have images or addresses listed on these ID's?

I don’t know why this popped into my mind today—but wow, solved! With good sleuthing, she was identified.

Such an anticlimactic solution; an unhappy teen—perhaps showing the earliest signs of mental illness— ran away and started a new life.

I was really happy to read that her daughter now has extended family on her mother’s side. The Ruffs were kind to promote that.
