The man charged in the abduction and murder of Memphis jogger and teacher Eliza Fletcher, has been indicted with another abduction from 2021.
Cleotha Henderson, 38, was rebooked at the Shelby County Jail on Friday on charges of aggravated rape, especially aggravated kidnapping and unlawful carrying of a weapon.
The charges appeared in the Shelby County criminal justice portal Friday. The court records show the indictment was handed down Thursday.
Details of the newest allegations against Henderson were not immediately available Friday night. Memphis Police did not respond to calls seeking comment after hours Friday.
The charges are dated as September 21, 2021, and two abductions or kidnappings were reported in the public safety database that day.
