I wonder if Joyce Durham was ever considered. She seems to fit a lot of the criteria for the UID.

She is in the age range at 46 years old
She is in the height range at 5'2"
She matches the physical description quite well
She appears to be wearing gold hoops in her photo
She also disappeared in the middle of June 2007 which would be a little over their initial estimate that the UID had been at the location for 4 or so months.

I agree on this match as well. I was looking up this case to find out if she had been considered. I think it needs to be submitted. Here's a side-by-side:

Joyce is considered to be the victim of a serial killer.

I just received feedback from LE that this is not a match:

Thanks for your information. I spoke with the local medical examiner in Tennessee about this case last year. It is not our missing B/F. Thanks again for your concern in this matter.

I am sad to see that this is not a match and we cannot give this UID back her name. Back to the drawing boards I guess...

Is there any possibility this could be Destiney Hicks? See her case profile:
http://www.nampn.org/cases/hicks_destiney.html She has schizophrenia and if on the road for a year or so, from March of 2006 to approximate time of death in June / July of the next year, the hair length would be about right, I think?

Hoping for closure....

This case has one rule out in NamUs:

Lori Boffman 1961 Ohio

Jane Doe also has a few rule outs listed in this thread:

Anita Renee Davis
Joyce Durham

MPs that were considered, but not ruled out:
Tiwana Murphy https://www.findthemissing.org/en/cases/14398/
Mary White http://www.charleyproject.org/cases/w/white_mary.html
Monica Bowie (submitted?) http://www.charleyproject.org/cases/b/bowie_monica.html

Also, Grendette Hooks, whose case seems to be resolved now?

Wondering why the other rule outs were not put in NamUs. Either way, hopefully this newest outreach will give this angel her name back. :rose::rose:

This is my first post to WS! I am a local to middle Tennessee and this case has bothered me since she was found. We are almost at 10 years without being able to give this UID her name back. I believe for reasons stated previously, she isn't local to our area, at least of the time she went missing.
There is one person I have found that wasn't reported missing until 2 years after she was last seen, very few details, known to travel the southeastern states. In trying to find out more about her, I found an obituary for her father from 1999 at that time this MP lived in the area the UID was found. Then moved away presumably with her mother, who passed away in 2005. I also have a theory the jewelry is her mother's. Then again, I'm trying to make details fit and I know that never works out well.

Juginda Dobbins is the missing person. Here is her Charley Project link:
http://www.charleyproject.org/cases/d/dobbins_juginda.html
I emailed the detective previously about this potential match. I never heard anything back. Before I follow up, I'd love for some feedback on the potential that this UID might be Juginda.

Lastly I just wanted to bump this post up. She's gone far too long without a name.

:welcome: Welcome MyFavoriteKindOfNight! Juginda Dobbins looks like a good match to me. Thank you for submitting her! According to her NaMus she doesn't have any DNA, dental records or fingerprints. She may be a hard one to rule out. https://www.findthemissing.org/en/cases/14882/32

ETA: This online record for Juginda shows she has been to Murfreesboro, Tennessee: https://www.instantcheckmate.com/people/juginda-dobbins/
Murfreesboro is pretty close to LaVergne: https://www.google.com/maps/dir/Mur...4fb8530baf!2m2!1d-86.5819394!2d36.0156178!3e0

Yes, Just a few exits up and in the same county. Lots of manufacturing, factories and trucking in La Vergne. Then Nissan in Smyrna and lots of bars. Then Murfreesboro. Going down 24. Plenty of people live in Murfreesboro and work in La Vergne and Smyrna. And yes she will be a hard rule out. But maybe...

Possible, but I am unsure.

MP suffering from schizophrenia and missing, I would not rule out being hospitalized under an assumed identity.

Lack of COD means also that it's a possible, but I am quite unsure.

Could Destiny have put on weight because of medication she is on for her schizophrenia ? Or was she without meds ?

I have found two MPs with March birthdays (aquamarine ring, maybe her birthstone?) that went missing around this time frame that do not currently have DNA in NamUs:
NamUs 4766 Mack, Aubrina N. Missing: 8/15/2006 Montgomery, AL Age: 21
NamUs 36108 Regans, Letitia N. Missing: 10/17/2006 St. Louis, MO Age: 29

Another MP during this time was known to wear a gold ring with a blue stone:
NamUs 647 Gonzalez, Shelayah R. Missing: 7/16/2005 Brooklyn, NY Age: 21

There are 4 others I can't find a doe network or websleuths on that are in NamUs that I am trying to find more information on:
NamUs 9706 Brown, Doris A. Missing: 3/16/2006 Richmond, VA Age: 34
NamUs 9816 Reed, Debra Missing: 5/2/2006 Little Rock, AR Age: 37
NamUs 11744 Savage, Contina Missing: 6/17/2007 North Little Rock, AR Age: 34
NamUs 17441 King, Jewel M. Missing: 4/7/2006 Washington, DC, DC Age: 47
