In all of those church videos I didn't see her react negatively towards anyone, and vice versa.
I still don't think she went away with someone, but it could be my second theory, I've heard child murderers say that they just acted on impulse, they didn't go out to kidnap. If it did happen that way, I think it was someone who felt comfortable enough to just drive up. The kids could have been asleep by then, all of them could have been, except Summer who had slept a lot just recently. Personally I have ruled out stranger abduction and her wandering into the woods, but that's JMO.

I also found Chris's discussion about the Amber Alert picture interesting. Why has that still not been changed to reflect her totally different appearance? It's a pretty picture of her, but not representative of her current hairstyle and doesn't show her body at all.

Humorous aside in all this: Covid has me all confused with days of the week, and I was completely convinced today was Saturday. I kept checking the time to see when Dave Rader and Midwest Equaasearch are going to be there.

    Today is only Friday.

To keep an open mind on what happened to Summer, IMO, it's crucial to also look at her behaviors, how she views the world around her, people, situations, etc. I spent some time also looking at the various church videos of her. At first I thought this was a little one with "ants in her pants" as my grandma would say. But, I'm not so sure now. I don't think what I was observing was a child blowing off her parents and rules and just doing whatever she wanted. There was one video where R (I believe) was holding her and singing. At one point, Summer moved her head to look at her face and for a brief moment attempted to mimic the O that she was seeing on R's mouth, but it seemed like she could not do it or sing along. Anyway, that part is getting into the weeds too much probably.

Good post. I'm very concerned that Summer could have wandered off and was unaware of her surroundings OR would have left with a known person to the family or even a stranger to her. IMO

I echo the response, of thank you for the valuable information on child deaths from being in cars, that are too hot. I felt challenged, as others were too, by stating known facts about becoming overheated, leading to heat stroke and a death scenario. I don’t know if this happened to Summer, however, it is a possibility. I hope upon hope, this case will come to resolve soon. Summer, deserves, no less than that.

Good point, they had video of her from that day, at the swimming hole. Couldn't they have made a still, and enhanced it?

Hey, I'm with ya. I knew I had to go to the bank "this week", and I was startled to find out it's Friday. So I'd better get going, lol.

Yes or I have seen plenty of current good pictures of her. As a parent, wouldn't you want to make sure people had a really good image of your missing child? In a searching sense, it's a GOOD thing her head is shaved, it makes her stand out from other blond haired little girls if she was abducted.

I am sure they are desperate for people to look for her.

So maybe they are defensive about her hair and play clothes and chose a dressy picture for that reason? I can't quite figure it out.

Watching part 2 of TIR. Two questions.
1- CW, H and Summer go to the hospital to pick up grandma. How did grandma GET TO the hospital in the first place?
2- Aren't mosts prescriptions called into the pharmacy? Except opioids, which have to have the actual physical piece of paper the prescription is written on? Can we assume the prescripion was for a controlled substance and is that important?

Edit to add that the crew dropped off and then had to pick up the prescription at Walgreens, so it was not called in.

One of the transcripts I think on the last thread he also said her phone was in the console. Maybe she put it on speaker phone?

It literally never occurred to me until now that parents have the final say on AA pictures.

I've had to take family members to the ER within the last year, and I went to Urgent Care while my primary was out of town. In both cases, prescriptions were handed to us on the way out, and none included opioids. Only our primary docs and specialists phone in the prescriptions. This is Florida, though.

"Tripping over" is a common phrase to me. It doesn't mean actually tripping, it just means the boys kept bumping into it, IMO. I would actually say something like, "Boys, would you quit tripping all over me?" if they were not being careful.

Equusearch Ohio will be out tomorrow searching the most likely areas, per Dave Rader's interview. This is the best recent chance we have to hear some good news. They're volunteers, but they're trained and experienced. Not dissing the previous searchers at all. Only by using the intel from the initial searches can Rader et al narrow down locations. Crossing fingers!

I had to explain to my neighbours even had to video (for a Doctor) due to the lockdowns last year my child went through a period of stimming , he would run the length of the hallway, sheriking slam into the front door would do it so many times it scared the hell out of me. Contacted therapist he now has a trampoline and a swing. I see the signs of stimming we do breathing, frog hops, jumping on the bed even take him for a walk.

In Tennessee, I think Schedule II and above have to be e-scribe. Maybe they delayed the law again, though?

    https://lernerandrowe.com/tennessee-electronic-prescription-laws/
A new law that goes into effect in 2021 aims to limit prescription fraud and curb opioid dependence in Tennessee. Senate Bill 810, which was originally slated to go into effect in 2020, will prevent doctors from using handwritten or printed prescriptions to issue controlled substances, including opioids, stimulants, benzodiazepines, and other powerful and potentially addictive medications. Instead, all prescriptions will have to be submitted electronically by a licensed physician.

    Tennessee SB0810 | 2019-2020 | 111th General Assembly
SECTION 4. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 63-1-160, is amended by deleting subsection (c) and substituting the following: (c) Subject to subsection (d), on or after January 1,2021, any prescription for a Schedule ll, lll, lV, or V controlled substance issued by a prescriber who is authorized by law to prescribe the drug must be issued as an electronic prescription from the person issuing the prescription to a pharmacy. The name, address, and telephone number of the collaborating physician of an advanced practice registered nurse or physician assistant must be included on electronic prescriptions issued by an advance practice registered nurse or physician assistant.
