That's not possible. She wasn't even missing until around then. I think Chris was saying CW received the call around 5:30.

See, that's the whole thing. 5:30 is what DW said. LE hasn't verified any of either parent's timeline of events.

I'm assuming DW must be on parole if he has a parole officer and it does appear to be true that persons currently on probation or parole can be denied access.

CARD doesn't edit their interviews for maximum sensationalism or post them publicly.
Charges won't be filed based on videos that are preceded with a disclaimer, "for entertainment purposes only".

You do know that Chris knows proper interview techniques, right?

He’s an expert on death investigations, interviewing, and criminal behavior analysis. ...has lectured at the university level on criminal behavior and victimology....He has trained homicide investigators across the country in death investigation and criminal investigative analysis.

I was reading that disclaimer earlier.

Oh,my goodness. You are correct again. That is exactly what he said. He is not there to interrogate, he is just there to let them talk. He does, however deal in facts, not speculation, he is very adamant about that.

It’s way past my bedtime. I’m calling it a night. Goodnight, all!

Maybe as a subcontractor (whether being hired legally or illegally - meaning on or off the books) he didn't have to fill out the usual 'have you ever been convicted of a felony' application?
Good catch by the parole officer.

But CARD won't necessarily even get to interview them, if their attorney doesn't want them to.

Chris found a way to get them to open up and talk in great detail about the situation.

CARD would be talking to them in an interrogation setting, which is not also conducive to getting someone to relax and start talking freely.

Charges could be filed if CARD sees some things in some of these interviews which conflict with earlier statements to LE.

Neither of them should have been there at 5:30 if the call was made at 6:30, and it was. Only one of them admits to being there an hour early, when he was supposedly also at work, and that one is DW.

CM has special techniques also. His conversational style has led serial killers and child murderers to confess their crimes. He’s mentioned that some of the ones he sent away wrote him letters to thank him for treating them with respect .

Chris McDonough - Law Enforcement Relations

Chris has been serving in public safety since 1982. He spent nearly 25 years with the Oceanside Police Department in Southern California, including 13 years as a homicide detective. Chris has investigated and solved hundreds of homicides and consulted nationally on some of
the country’s highest-profile child homicide and kidnapping investigations, including Jon Benet Ramsey, Elizabeth Smart, Leticia Hernandez, Matthew Cecchi, and West Memphis three interview of Christopher Morgan.

He’s an expert on predator behavior involving those who choose children as victims, having interviewed serial child killers on death row, including child murderer’s Wesley Allen Dodd and Brandon Wilson, who killed Matthew Cecchi in a public bathroom in Oceanside, California. The Wilson interview started the family restroom movement in the United States.

Chris has lectured at the university level on criminal behavior and victimology. He is a contributing author to the book "Who Killed Stephanie Crowe, Anatomy of a Murder.” He has trained homicide investigators across the country in death investigation and criminal investigative analysis. He has been described as having an innate ability to understand a criminal case’s behavioral and forensic aspects.

After his 2 pt interview with Candus, were a lot of people here upset with Chris and his interviewing techniques? I don't remember seeing any outrage at that time. People seemed happy that Candus was able to get her story out to the public effectively.

Although several state DL's are behind complying with the "real ID" requirement, the feds/military are not.

If you try to enter a military base where your photo ID is not "real ID" compliant, you are sent to the visitor's station where they conduct a background check before allowing you access.

DW's probation or parole status would def come up on the background check --along with all his prior convictions.

More bases use visitor background checks

After watching the video of the property, where would LE have parked at the bottom of the driveway? It’s very narrow, opening into a clearing. If another car was at the bottom it would have to be on the main road. CM videoed the driveway from the road and from the house.

Was LE parked on the main road? Was LE waiting on back up?

    Moo...

Lordy please don’t as for a link...but somewhere I read the 6:30pm was the time LE recorded as the missing person complaint. Not the actual time arrival.

Moo.. LE arrived, collected information, and determined Summer was missing, 6:30pm being the official time.

You're right. 6.30 was the time they received the 911call.s Then DW had to drive some distance and LE had to arrive too but the scenario painted last night had them all there at 5.30pm..

IMO CW's tiktok and DW's facebook rantings are far more damaging to them than the interviews with CM.

    Their daughter has vanished.
It is the right thing to do to get out there and sell your narrative.
Yes people are going to rip it apart. ....Just as many people buy what your selling.
    It works both ways.

CM didn't hurt or sabotage these people in any way. I think more people got onboard CW's plight after watching CM's interview with her.
