I am at work and I went and did a sneak peak at JA. She looks horrible.
Greasy hair, super thin face and really tired. She is looking more like her mother (except for the thinness).

Let her be stress and tired. I cannot stomach the Dr. today. Thanks for the great posts to keep me updated.

I don't think the other participants (parents) were named. They weren't named other than by initials in the decision issued by the board of whatever it was that sanctioned him. Did he name the parents in court? If not, then no confidentiality was breached.

Jodi looked emotional he was talking about when she was covered in blood, remembering. She does remember, maybe a little guilt for making the mistake that Mimi had no plans to marry Travis.
She also looked pizzed when her lawyer started talking about the "Dr." and his lack of ethics. The attention was off of her and Jodi does not like attention off of her. She needs to be on death row, where she won't get any attention after awhile.

According to him. I'm sure JM knows the complete story.

I caught that too. He's a diplomate who speaks at fonctions, for comedy entertainment.

I agree. It may have been "legal", or he thought it was legal, but it makes him look bad, IMO. They must be somewhat concerned that Juan will be all over it, otherwise she wouldn't have brought it up.

OK! This is just sooooo unnecessary! Who cares if Jodie was in the "Valley of Darkness" during the stabbing---she has already admitted to it, so what is up with this guy and his 3rd grade drawings.

I hope Juan trips Mr Memory Man with his memory from last thursday's testimony. I can see this eggspert getting a little heated if tested.

I don't care about why she can't remember what she did. I care about the fact that this was a premeditated murder. I could care less about whether or not she was unable to deal with it mentally afterwards.

Cmon Judge. Develop a little bit of the Judge Judy no-nonsense attitude. This is a death penalty trial!

I'm not saying his professional opinion is credible or that he didn't "pimp his soul" to support a psychopathic murderer, but I think his complaint from 20 years ago has nothing to do with it.

Besides, I have not noticed him going out of his way to help Jodi. He has only described what can happen to memory. He has not even said he believed her.

Jodi is having a heck of a time sitting still. scratching her head, rubbing her face and neck, fiddling with her glasses.
