JUST because they are asked to help convict her, just because they are on the stand does not add up to a slam dunk.
IMHO they did the clean up, if they say one sylibal, Casey will throw them under the bus.
right now they have NO fingerprints or other direct tie to anyone. LE DADDY knew what he was doing. So what if he said it was a decomp smell. SO WHAT? That does not tie KC to the deed directly. NO....
There will hopefully be a charge against them, but it is better not to charge them yet.
They will not be honorable at court, that word is not in their vocabulary. I hope they slip and fall.
I believe that when GA used to call the 2 CMA's his daughters early on....He told us the secret they are hiding from.
I do not believe that GA had a gambling problem...NO way do I buy that one.
I believe that his associations have more to do with that lost deal and there in is also a piece of information that we do not know.

i'm not sure that i'm understanding you and i don't want to post my suspicions in case i am wrong, but if you're saying what i think you're saying then much as i dislike george, and i really do dislike george, i would never accuse him of such an unspeakable thing and what's more i can see no cause whatsoever for me to even think that.

I think CA will have a very hard time confining herself to short answers. The prosecutor will have to cut her off. At some point Cindy won't be able to contain herself and will keep right on talking despite being cut off.

My question is - can the judge hold her in contempt if she just won't shut up? What happens? Will she be escorted off the stand and to jail? Will the judge order a recess? Will she be fined? Has anyone ever seen a witness in any other trial who doesn't really answer the questions and won't shut up?

this is a terrific question nocturnal and i'd love for one of the legal eagles to stop and answer it for us if they happen to read this thread.
