TX, Ashley Dawn Rogers Bartini and children, Waco, 16 Feb 2012

On the night of Thursday, Feb 16, 2012, a friend of mine named Ashley Rogers and Bartini and 3 of her children were asleep in their trailer home. Unknown assailant(s) set fire to the trailer, killing Ashley and 2 of her babies. One of her children managed to escape that night. The ensuing investigation exposed heavy corruption within the Waco PD, and led to the county Fire Marshal resigning because he knew the fire was arson and Waco PD refused further investigation. Ashley was implicated to be involved with a less than savory crowd of drug addicts, and there is strong speculation from everyone in town that the culprit was known all along. Delvin Maddison is notorious in this area for his many, MANY crimes and history of violence, as well as rumors that he got away with many crimes by being a "card-carrying" Confidential Informant...
This case has many deep twists and turns, MANY people still desperately hoping the truth will finally come out so there can be justice for Ashley, Madisyn, baby Gage, and the survivor now left without a mommy, Kaiden.

This case is very close to my heart and I think this community could maybe help. I'm including several links to original news coverage of the fire and later articles detailing the fire marshal scandal and rumors about Maddison.

There's so many local articles about this, you guys can have a field day investigating. Especially those of you with newspaper.com subscriptions. I'm not sure if I made this post correctly, this is my first time starting a thread. But I noticed Ashley is missing from these ranks, and she and her children deserve justice IMO. I'd like to know as well if all possible. My brother saved the little boy and I spent 5 days in icu going into that back room. Very sad deal. I'd like to receive any up dates if possible.
