I was just going to say that... from my notes:
died on June 23, 2023. *Adrian Nichole Vetter (22) arrested & charged (6/9/23) with 1st degree felony injury child. [these charges were dismissed on 6/26/23]. *Re-charged (6/5/23), indicted (8/29/23), charged (8/29/23) with 1st degree felony murder.
And a plea negotiation hearing coming up on 10/20/23.

Friday, October 20th:
*Plea Negotiation Deadline Hearing (@ 8:30am CT) - TX – Sean “SJ” Kristopher Mitchell (11 mos.) brutally abused with brain bleeds & other injuries June 5, 2023 in Wichita Falls; died on June 23, 2023. *Adrian Nichole Vetter (22) arrested & charged (6/9/23) with 1st degree felony injury child. [these charges were dismissed on 6/26/23]. *Re-charged (6/5/23), indicted (8/29/23), charged (8/29/23) with 1st degree felony murder. Bond $1M.
10-month-old boy was taken to United Regional Hospital, where staff discovered he had two brain bleeds. They rushed him over to Cook Children’s Medical Center in the city of Fort Worth. An emergency room doctor told investigators the child’s head injuries indicated shaken baby syndrome. Vetter, who had been watching the child, claimed he had a seizure & fell backward that Monday, 6/8/23 striking his head on the wooden vinyl flooring, authorities claim. But Dr. Elizabeth Peeler, a child abuse pediatrician specializing forensic pediatrics, said the boy, who was in critical condition, was having seizures from severe head trauma. She said the injuries were from physical abuse. The physical damage included spinal injuries & severe brain trauma, police said. Peeler said she did not know if the baby would survive, but she noted his prognosis was very poor, according to cops. The doctor called the abuse a “near fatality event.”
6/5/23: Bond set at $1 million. Certificate of Magistrate's warning probable cause determination & Order setting bond. 6/23/23 Update: The little boy who suffered severe brain trauma more than two weeks ago has died. According to family members, Sean “SJ” Mitchell died on Friday, June 23, 2023. As of the publication of this story, Vetter remains behind bars on a $1 million bond. It is unclear at this time if the injury to a child charge will be enhanced, or if any additional charges will be filed against her.
6/26/23 Update: A woman charged with injury to a child for allegedly causing multiple traumatic brain injuries in a 10-month-old boy who was under her care now faces a murder charge following the child’s death. According to the Wichita County Jail roster, Vetter has a charge of murder on her record as of Monday, June 26, 2023. Her bond on this charge is not yet set, but it is currently recommended at $1 million. Previous charges have been dismissed. New case # PF-02294-23 & charged with 1st degree felony murder.
8/29/23 Update: New case #DC78-CR-2023-1025. Indictment on 1st degree felony murder. Precept to serve indictment. Affidavit. Felony State announce ready. Arraignment notice of hearing on 9/1/23. 8/30/23: Preliminary pretrial motions. Waiver of arraignment. Request for compliance with Article 39.14 of the TCCRP. Arraignment hearing was cancelled. Next Plea negotiation deadline on 10/20/23 @ 8:30am with Judge Meredith Kennedy presiding.
