In August, 1990, Cheryl Henry and Andy Atkinson were brutally murdered in a secluded lover's lane area in Houston, TX. Cheryl was also raped. A bizarre crime scene, a taunting letter mailed to a newspaper,DNA from the killer, and a composite sketch from a rape that occurred 2 months before the murders, all combine to make for a puzzling and still unsolved case. Have been thinking of you - glad to see you pop up! It's great to see Cheryl and Andy's case getting lots of attention. Fingers crossed for good news!

It's seriously time for some movement on this case. Has anyone from the family contacted Othram? They are local to Houston in The Woodlands and even though I know HPD has to contact them they might have some local pull. Or not, maybe just wishful hoping.

I just listened to "True Crime, All The Time, Unsolved" 13 November podcast. They mention this course of action so I suppose I had forgotten about it. This is back in 2017, 6 years ago. And to date nothing has come of it that we know of.
