Circumstances of Recovery: White male found floating in a boat slip at the Grasso Docks (Pier 9) in Galveston. Appeared to have been deceased for about 2 days. Found wearing a T-shirt with "Hilton Highway" on front, (Size 38-40), wearing Mexican brand of underwear. Subject had black hair and a slight black mustache and chin hair.
