I can see the confusion you speak of but the person claiming the Tacoma was positive that it was a Toyota Tacoma.

I still think the suspects had some help. Was it the two men seen at the RV trying to hook up? Hopefully, we will find out more before too terribly long.

I would think it wouldn't matter where he was found. As a Felon prohibited from possessing a firearm I would think it is attached to the person themselves. Flyer stated armed and dangerous so they knew then he was armed. We don't know if he had it when he left Utah or stole the Butler's gun. Not hard as we know to get a gun if you really want one.

Sorry about grammar. Post from phone a lot. Then get distracted and don't always proofread first

You’re right. Now I’m thoroughly confused. These new charges are making zero sense once again.

Was more looking for cases that cat or animal was used to convict. The hairs from suspects dog in/on victims. Possibly victims animal hair in/on POI

The DNA in RV should solve things. I hope. That pet article was very interesting!

One thing to have stolen the RV and Truck but you have to prove he had possession of the firearm (most likely found prints) ACW having stolen the truck and RV and crossed over into another country does affect how the charges would have to be proven when charging him

I do think they had help...... just not convinced it was a Tacoma but certainly not crossing it off either. I do feel like the victims had a few people stalking them

Google says it’s 1 hour 13 minutes away (58 miles). Maybe make it more difficult for them to communicate? Inmates tend to help inmates., even guards could help pass messages.

Would there be charges if he was in possession of a gun the Butlers owned? I read comments from family that James had a gun. Not sure if a charge would apply to a gun that was taken as part of the truck/RV heist.

I'm aware of this one also. Have been in contact with family. This couple had moved to the Corpus area in June 2018 to get s fresh start and lived in Corpus until they disappeared last fall after crossing the border over into Mexico near Laredo. Possible sightings in WV. No beach activity on with them.

Believe it evolves as the self medication, for PTSD, sets in... once addicted the physical and psychological aspects of addiction kick in...
Easy to throw away children, and break up families for convince, the effect of missing parent(s) and trauma that results due to lack of love, morals, values, and human connections are bad enough..
Mix in drug addiction and murder and there are many criminals that are lacking a human connection...
Look at her young child mixed up in this murder and robbery... How is this going to affect her?

His face could have have trauma from the victims fighting back...
Apparently his arms had bruising too...
We do not have cause of death...
He could be armed with a knife...
    Much quieter...
He probably obtained a gun from retired military murder victim too...
    Waiting for more information.
