I feel so bad for Charles. He seems to be such a kind, loving man and it's clear he really cared about Cindy and her children.Video:
* This is beyond! I wonder many threads are here where families with missing or murdered children were neglected or tortured to the point of dying. Just think of his siblings. What they must have seen in their young live.![]()
Search for missing Everman 6-year-old moving toward a criminal investigation, police chief says
FOX 4 got a look inside the repurposed shed where a now-missing 6-year-old boy lived with his mother and siblings.www.fox4news.com
Watching the Fox4 video, at the 1:28 mark it appears to be a breathing/inhaler tube between the cushion of the couch. IMO

I came across a lot of these supposed converted shed “homes” while doing home visits for Head Start. I wonder how much this “kind” landlord was charging for it?At a press conference in Everman, Police Chief Craig Spencer said specialists from multiple agencies across the state are helping with the case. Experts and investigators have formed a ”kind of task force” in the search for Noel, who has a lung condition and requires regular treatments. Detectives continue to comb through documents found in the family’s home and truck and talk to family members and friends, Spencer said. Noel’s mom, Cindy Rodriguez-Singh, has custody of four of her other children between ages 7 and 11, and 5-month-old twins with her husband, 35-year-old Arshdeep Singh. All of them lived inside a large shed that was converted into a living space behind another house on Wisteria Drive. Members of the family lived at the property for nine years, and the shed was built in the last few years, Spencer said.
The man who lives at the house, Charles Parson, is cooperating with police. Spencer said it appears Parson “truly was just a generous guy trying to help someone out.” Police have scrutinized tips and leads coming in from across the state about the boy’s disappearance. While no physical evidence has been found, circumstantial evidence has raised suspicions about Noel’s disappearance: The family flew to Turkey two days after authorities conducted a welfare check at the home, and the mother initially told police that Noel was with his father in Mexico. Authorities determined Noel was not with his biological father, who has been helping police with the investigation, Spencer said.

"On March 20th our agency was notified by Child Protective Investigations (CPI) that they had received a complaint from an anonymous source that Noel had not been seen since November of 2022.
"Noel reportedly resided with his mother, identified as Cindy Rodriguez-Singh as well as four biological siblings, ages 7, 8, 9 and 11, and twin five-month-old half-siblings and a stepfather.
"The step-father was identified as Arshdeep Singh, Cindy is the custodial mother of all seven of these children. The family resided at a residence located in the 3700 block of Wisteria here in Everman."

Police have said the mother of the missing 6-year-old Noel Rodriguez-Alvarez has not been cooperating with police or child protection investigators.www.newsweek.com
Noting:Elvira Morales, Rodriguez-Singh's mother, said her 16-year-old grandson received a call from his mother, telling him he needed to come visit her in Everman, and bring his 12-year-old brother.
Morales said the boy returned later with video games, and pet birds to give to an 18-year-old sister. The two teenagers have lived with her in White Settlement for more than four years, and the younger boy moved into her home about six months ago.
Morales said she spoke with investigators Wednesday. They were also trying to arrange a time to speak with the three older children.

The twins are 5-months, so were probably born in October 2022 (or late September.) Noel was last confirmed to have been seen in November 2022.So he was probably gone before the twins were ever born?
There is much much more going on here. ImoApparently she worships la santa muerte, based on the shrine of statues
