As for the dead co defendant, I do not now nor did I ever think if she was left to her own devices she would have sought out to kill her ex husband, that poor woman was cheating on for years then had to take a loan of 1.5 million to pay this cheater off then fell for a psycho next door that resulted in this mess we see today.

Niner come baaaack! GUILTY!!!!! LIFE SENTENCE!!!

It was 1am here when you posted that! So, I guess I don't need to do the rest of the tweets then! GOOD!

Life it is!! :jail:

I don't think the family wanted him to have probation. His mother (a clever woman) said she did not believe Leon had meant to push her husband down. She must have known that's not what the jury needed to hear. They needed to know that she understood how dangerous he was and would be able to control him. His brother Adam said probation would be difficult for Leon but he would 'probably' be able to manage it. Adam's wife was/is terrified of Leon. I think the family had
been quite happy knowing where he is at all times and that he was not able to do any harm. He is a very very dangerous man.
I do feel sorry for Valerie. He seems to be able to change people's perceptive of what is right and wrongand what is normal; she was destroyed by him.
He attracted all these amazing women. So pleased that they can sleep a little easier at night now that he is away for life.
Even though there was overwhelming evidence against him his old defence lawyer was dreadful. Unable to hear constantly getting things confused -although I wondered if that was deliberate.

Let's hope no one actually does a movie of this clown as he raved about.

I just googled and read a couple different answers. Could someone tell me how long is life over there ? I read 30 and 40 years and both no parole until time served is that right ? Or is different dependant on the actual charge ?

I read that it meant that he has been sentenced to spend life in prison but is allowed to apply for parole after serving 30 years. I do not think that he will get parole on his first application so it seems unlikely that he will get out on parole in thirty years but anything is possible. Of course,it would mean that the slightest misdemeanour and he would be pulled straight back into prison.

Let's hope no one actually does a movie of this clown as he raved about.

I do not think he realises how quickly he will be forgotten by the public. He has been wallowing in his fame up to now but once the trial is over his interest to the media is over.
He becomes just another murderer in jail but I expect he will get fan mail from lots of lonely people, therefore he will continue to believe in his own importance.
He will be 70 before he can apply for parole and his children will be all grown up.

the real world in prison is going to blow silver spoon boy away lol im sure he will get beat up regularly till momma fills his commissary where he can buy favors lol

In one of his interviews from prison, he says he buys about three bags of commissary every week and shares it out to the other guys.
He says he has a heart of gold.Ha!

His mother is going to have to pay or all his luxuries because Leon filed bankruptcy in 2016.

According to a 51-page document, Leon Jacob filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy in 2016.

Jacob owed about $200,000 to 17 creditors, including a casino and his ex-wife.

Jacob and the late veterinarian Valerie McDaniel were both facing charges for allegedly hiring a hit man to kill their exes.

well I binged watched the entire trial and WOW what a fool and no offense to the elderly but his lawyer did him no justice. He is clearly an untreated bi polar with borderline symptoms. He yells when he is angry and tries to shock his women with statements like ' im gonna cut your dad's gentalia off and stuff it in your mother's mouth". How bizarre! I would have focused on his untreated mental illness. But also, this guy is so full of himself he admits to saying he wanted his girlfriend dead and thinks that is not conspiracy to commit murder LOL He got life, did he deserve that? I was thinking more like 25 years in a mental hospital.

Honestly I watched this trial and this Geo. Pharnam (not sure on spelling) should not be practicing anymore. Talk about senile while defending this case...I honestly think there is cause for ineffective counsel. The sentencing phase is has been ridiculous with those people having to get up again...his own brother says he "probably" could follow probation and i think the mother "golda" really hopes they keep him locked up. This lady family friend is so sad. And boy that first wife is a case study in an attractive and smart woman staying with someone that abused her. Just terrible...thank god this guy is off the streets and I hope forever.
