    Found November 07, 2012 in Woodlawn Lake, 501 S. Josephine Tobin, San Antonio (Bexar County) TX.

    Physical Description
    Age: 40-60
    Height: 5'10" (70 inches)
    Weight: 165 lbs.
    Hair: Partially Grey, Balding on top with growth about one inch
    Facial Hair: Full grayish colored beard and mustache.
    Scars: An old large vertical scar in the middle of his abdomen
    Tattoos: On his right upper arm was a cross above a banner with possibly the word "AZTEC" on the banner. Under the banner was a circle or a wheel.
    On his right upper arm was a cross above a banner with possibly the word "AZTEC" on the banner. Under the banner was a circle or a wheel. On his left upper arm was a banner with birds at each end of the banner and possibly the name "JIM" and another unrecognizable word written in the banner.​

    Clothing

    Dickies brand olive colored pants size 34 x 32 Greg Norman brand brown belt with metal accents (size unknown) - Fruit of the Loom brand gray boxer style brief size Medium - unltd by Marc Ecko brand white tennis shoes with black laces - Men¬ís Size 9​

    The memorial tattoo on his left arm appears to indicate the name Jim Fox:
