The mother says her daughter died August 27th after allegedly ingested chemicals.

The link states that mom & daughter just moved in with mom's boyfriend on August 23. The boyfriend has spoken to LE and is not charged at this time. The mother, 27-year-old Priscilla Nicole Torres, has told several different stories to LE and is held on $50,000 bail (per ABC video).

"A mother in Houston has been accused of hiding her daughter’s body in a closet for days after claiming the child died accidentally.

On Monday, the body of 5-year-old Sierra Patino was found decaying in a closet in a Houston home. Sierra’s body was found after her grandparents went to check on her after not seeing her for several days, according to Houston police.

When her grandparents arrived at the home, they asked their daughter, 27-year-old Priscilla Nicole Torres, what smelled so bad. Torres allegedly confessed that the foul odor was Sierra’s decaying body hidden in a closet. Her parents called 911.

Torres told police Sierra had died after ingesting chemicals on Aug. 27....

Torres allegedly claimed Sierra had ingested toilet bowl cleaner after a bottle fell into the bathtub while she was taking a bath. She allegedly said the child died after days of stomach pains, ABC13 reports, and allegedly said she didn’t call police out of fear of Child Protective Services. When Sierra died, Torres allegedly said she wrapped her body in a blanket before hiding it in the closet...."

Yep the world is out of control and things are going worse.
Can you imagine how this world will be in 50 years? A living nightmare. I'm happy I won't be here anymore...

The toilet bowl cleaner fell into the tub where Sierra was getting a bath. She ingested the chemical cleaner, through osmosis, and later died. Oh yeah, right.

Mom didn't contact authorities because she feared CPS involvement.
What, she thought CPS would remove her daughter from . . . the closet?

Both she and the boyfriend need to go away permanently. This was no accident (IMO).

Here's something I haven't seen in other articles...

Torres said she kept the girl wrapped up in blankets and inside a closet for four days before she died, because she was afraid she’d lose custody of her daughter if she sought medical help, the station reports.

I'm having some difficulty trying to imagine a five-year old child who willingly drinks from a bottle of toilet-bowl cleaner that "accidentally" falls into the bath. Even if my kids had grown up in a world without toilet-bowl cleaner, I can't see them choosing to drink it after the first, tiniest smell/taste.

Guessing that the elements of what actually happened will be found somewhere between the bath, the forcible ingestion of toilet-bowl cleaner (why include that odd detail if it isn't involved somehow?) and an out-of-control angry "parent" who has murdered her/his child and then waited, more or less paralyzed, to be found out.

You were but 5 years old.
My heart goes to the grandparents loss and the grief of this horrible crime. They got the truth out of their daughter. And made the call to LE.
This disgusts me.
Rest Easy sweet beautiful Sierra may you hold hands with all the other little souls, that were murdered and know that JUSTICE IS COMING.

I hope both these people have nightmares of the horror they did.
